I've been to 3.5 star USPS locations. This is not one. The temperature inside was good, people were friendly, line moved fast. First good USPS experience in a long time.

Clean. Sufficient parking. Really helpful and friendly people. The day of my visit, there was very little wait.

The staff at our Cotati Post Office are always friendly, helpful, and patient. In the seven years I've lived in Cotati, the personnel at this post office have never disappointed. I think their positive attitude trickles over to folks whenever there's a waiting line. It's a pleasure to have access to this post office.
