The Uhaul at Cotati Oaks Hardware is awesome. They are flexible, helpful and understanding. I had to push back my rental of a uhaul van, then keep it extra days and all of it was met with a cheerful grin and a positive attitude. I appreciate you!!

I was disappointed to see another charge on my credit card instead of a credit. I paid for 20 miles and only drove 7 miles. I put 2.2 gallons of gas upon return, which means I only got 3 miles to the gallon, and had an additional charge of $15.52 on my credit card, and no explanation why.

Dangerous! Renting their cargo vans as dwelling for addicts to live in, including using the bathroom. District manager Crystal Isakson is fully aware and allowing this to continue because apparently all they care about is making money and health and safety.
