Quaint little store: has a lot of everything that you could use for your yard & garden, BBQ necessities, your animals, as well as in your home.
The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and very friendly.
Automatic light sensors for your garden or patio, family-owned and operated hardware store I like to come to places like this and support small business...
My husband and I have been coming here for about 10 years.

Best place to get your screens repaired or rebuild very quickly. Other place that do them take weeks to get back. They can get them completed in a couple days or sometimes less.

I was in a pinch trying to get a banner hung up on a tight timeline, and Sam was incredibly helpful by making suggestions for how to get it done, cutting the PVC, finding the correct fittings, drilling holes for the grommets, and doing it in a friendly way. If you need hardware supplies in this area, these folks are better than the big box stores, by far! I will certainly be coming back!

Best place to get your screens repaired or rebuilt. Other places take weeks to get your window screen back. They can get them done in a couple days or less. They are very nice people too.

Went in Monday to have a key made was quickly told only one man in the store does that ok fine came back 20 min later to be told oh we don't have that key. Come back Wednesday Went back today to hear the guy say oh I'm not helping her! Hmm so I yelled I can actually hear you! What's the problem?? The nice girl came over and told me they didn't get the key I needed. This place is Bleek at best shocked they are still in business with poor customer service old products on the shelf and garbage everywhere behind the key counter. Never will I return to them to try to give my money to small business. Told the nice girl to go get a job a Lowes she's to nice to work there.

Sam Halteh is a wonderful face for True Value stores. Sam really goes the extra mile for his customers. There is no stone unturned when he assists you. My family loves his help and his store. We never leave his store without finding a way to fix things.

I had to get a new key made after loosing a set of my car keys. The older gentleman that worked the counter was super nice. Walked out to my car to ensure that it worked and the chip in the key was programmed correctly. This weekend I needed to get a couple keys cut for another vehicle. After going to a green big box store that gave massive attitude and refused to cut the key because it wasn't purchased at $100+ a key through them we went back to True Value. They cut both keys no problem. The woman who helped taught one of the younger guys what to do on the machine and it was a great experience all around. Someone got training and I got both keys I needed the second time as well as a couple other items that I picked up while waiting for the keys to get done. Yes big box stores are great for lumber but if it's quality genuine customer service stick with the true hardware stores and shop small.
