“GO HERE! Don't bother with the other tire shops in Sebastopol. We were from out of town and got a flat. The other shops couldn't get to us for 3 or 4 hours.I dropped in at Kalemba's without a reservation ,at noon and in 20 minutes I was on my way down the road...wasn't fleeced. Cheaper than other quotes here. They were friendly, efficient and professional. Thanks”
“I went to the BNC on East Todd road for an oil change. I have no money to speak of so I told them I could only afford the oil change and would have to do the emissions next time. They changed my oil and when I got home I looked at the engine and they had repaired a leak on the top and also on the bottom. They never mentioned it and figured that I wouldn't notice. I did notice and thought that if anyone wants to find a truly honest mechanic, it would be there.”

“Amazing and fast service. Called Friday when the brakes went out on our car, he said they could do an assessment on Monday. They were able to isolate and fix the issue very fast (it was the master brake cylinder) and we had the car back by the next day. Incredibly fast service and a fair price!! “I've taken my cars to Northbay Automotive for 20 years where I have always gotten great, reliable service at a reasonable price. I have never had the impression of being upsold service that wasn't needed, or that I have been overcharged. Every service has come with a quote, an explanation, and the opportunity to choose which work I want done. They have never done me the "favor" of completing additional work without my pre-approval. They have never inflated the bill after the estimate. All service was performed in a timely manner. Don has a qreat team and I will continue to take my business there.”

“Went in as one of my tires wasn't holding air. A young man helped me repair the tire that had a nail in it. Was in and out in about 30 minutes. He was honest and didn't try to sell me on new tires or things I didn't need. Highly recommend as this place is honest, local, and gets the job done right the first time. 10/10”
“We have never been to a Les Schwab before but we will be customers from now on. We went to pepboys just down the street and ordered $1300 set of tires 3 wks ago on 10/5, showed up yesterday for our appt and they didn't have them. No apology or solution was offered, just told that "the tires are non existant". We went over to this location and when we told Manny what had happened he apologized that that happened to us (which pepboys didn't do). He had better tires in stock for cheaper, and was able to do it the same day. We were so glad, as we leave to travel cross country next week. Manny was extremely nice and helpful. He won our business from now on.”

“Great service, great price. AND they couldn't be nicer. I can see why these guys are busy, because they know how to run a business that is both satisfying for the customer, and at the same time make the customer feel like they're getting a great value. Other glass replacement estimates were far higher than D.A.G. I was actually happy to hand over my money because I know great service when I see it. My car was 2 months old, only 1,300 miles and the chip I got on my windshield really was going to piss me off. I couldn't be happier going anywhere else to get it replaced.
