These people are true professionals at what they do. Words can’t describe how thankful I am for them and their expertise. Truly some nice people to come in and hangout with as well. Starting out and looking for your first gun or coming in looking for a suggestion for an upgrade there is no better place to go. 31st is where I will for sure be going for all my airsoft needs and where anyone in the northern Bay Area should go. My son recently got into playing paintball and wanted to buy some equipment. The paintball field in Petaluma Playland 707 told me that there was a store in Cotati that I could pick up some paintball gear for my son. The guy working was very helpful and knowledgeable about the game. I don't know much about the game but I do know that this store has everything thing you need to play it. We will be back!

Talk to Guy behind the counter and he seems to understand most problems with Airsoft and paintball markers . Tried to explain what it was in terms I could understand and helped as much as possible.

Ryan and Gabe always make it right! Big selection on stuff, and very reasonable prices for brick and mortar store. I implore you to shop here instead, you are paying the same with shipping from an online store but with so much more benefits. You can consult, and make no first purchase mistake, get the right replica and the right accessories for it. You can consult beyond the guns but also best and safest practices when doing these sports!

I am not in the paintball world at all. But I was working on a project that required me to fill a small C02 tank up. I have never done anything with gas or tanks, so I was a little nervous walking in to their store. They're the only ones around that can fill a small tank.I walked in and basically dumped the tank and connecting paintball flow tube things on their counter and asked for all the help and any advice about handling and storing a tank. The man behind the counter went above and beyond for me. Including a demo so I could hear what it sounded like when gas was leaving the tank, and how the connecting flow knob worked. I feel so super confident in being safe with it now, and some of my worries, admittedly, were unfounded. He showed me what to look for and how to store things properly, how to fit the nozzle and flow stuff together and explained everything in detail, but in a way where I didn't feel d*** or silly. Which is the BEST, and a sign of someone who knows what they're doing.I felt very welcomed and am super grateful. If this is how above and beyond he went for someone just filling up a tank. I can't imagine how much help they'd be with other parts of the hobby. I highly recommend, especially if you're getting into the hobby and especially if you might be a little nervous about not being the usual paintball demographic. Super friendly store, so helpful. Def will recommend.

An amazing team with integrity and great skills in airsoft (and likely paintball but that's not what I went for). Thirty First Outfitters sell top of the line paintball and airsoft guns. They do not buy guns as google has decided but well worth the visit.

Excellent place. Great assortment of products, amazing service, and Gabe is a heck of a good guy. I came in to get a spring for my AEG to make it legal at the nearby field. He helped me pick out the right spring and we spent an hour just chatting about airsoft, paintball, guns, teching, etc. Didn't get to play today, but it was still a great day and worth the 2hr round trip from home.I highly recommend shopping here even if you can get it online. There's a lot to be said about being able to hold something before buying it... even if you have to pay a little more. Who knows, you might even find something better.

From my experience for the first time going there yes i will say everything in there is really expensive and whatever they have on the wall is all they got so if you dont see it then they dont have it (but they can order it) they also have some parts for your guns but not much also they do repairs but they take weeks and theres also a line you have to wait for but despite that I would say it's all worth it the staff is extremely knowledgeable about both airsoft and paintball they will tell you straight up what's better for your buck if your looking for something specific they test your gun for fps, mag compatibility, and will even go as far as taking a brand new mag out of the box just to test and see if its compatible, there every friendly and have some really good gear and other supplies other then that I would say this place is worth your time but like I said it is a bit expensive but definitely worth it

Super cool store. Rookie mom and son walk in interested in expanding from Paintball and steal BBs. We got a lot of information and i dont know his name, but he walked my son into all the details of owning an airsoft pistol. Way better experience with 1 on 1 attention from a specialist vs going blind and reading amazon reviews. I am considering getting one for myself for less expensive target practice. Would definitely call this my 'go to' store. Great customer service.
