Fairly quickly after reserving (not even paying yet) a unit, I received a call was able to set a date to come in and get shown around and finalize the renting of the unit. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Multiple times on site I observed them driving around the property to ensure everything was in order. The costumer service definitely made this experience much better. I was very impressed with Redwood Self Storage

The on lone reservations was difficult to work through. Went in person and Lori was very helpful. She put up with my impatience. Got my stuff put into storage today

It's very welcoming, the environment they portrayed is very friendly and very easy too get along with. they are willing too even work with you if you are late on your fees. The guy was very detailing on the storages he was very kind he drove me drove us around on a golf cart showing us the different storage units even if I can work out a very very fair price for us too that is very very exciting and I'm easy to work as I can just say this at the end that this place is definitely the best storage place I've ever experienced in my life.

Mike is totally amazing. I would highly recommend renting from here. I’ve never had an issue renting a unit here . Very helpful and amazing .

Location fine. Been there for years guess I never was a fan for the cost and how I have salt residue come through the ground in my unit. Call me a sucker for loyalty too, but I was never asked why I was leaving or how I could be retained. Like I mention I’ve been here for years, close 8 years and no real concern. Guess that’s just how the storage business is.

I rented from this facility for several years - sometimes the communication was not helpful. However, it has gotten better, and overall the service has improved.

I'm from way out of town and my son attends the University. We needed a place to store his belongings for next year and Mike from Redwood Self Storage answered all my questions and gave me multiple options over the phone. Even meet with my son and showed him to the unit personally. There website was super helpful and easy use with great deals. We will be using them again next year for sure.
