The actual facility is laid out well and very clean. They have a variety of different washers and even have an industrial machine I can fit all of my blankets in. The star is taken off for rude entitled customers who claim laundry carts when there's only 3 for the whole facility. I understand not wanting to clutter the space with excessive carts, but it's very inconvenient trying to do laundry here when there aren't any carts available. Rude people manage to ruin everything.

Clean laundromat conveniently located in the plaza with Oliver's in Cotati. The washers are reasonably priced. I like to use the mega washers when I need to wash my sleeping bags. I think I paid $9.75 for a washer that fits 6 loads ($7.50 for a big washer that fits 4 loads). I really like that you can pay with your credit rather than having to lug around quarters.

First time this morning trying it - the phone number given "is disconnected or not in service" so that's a bust there ! I used the $6.95 load washer with my card and the charge is for $15.00!!! ??? otherwise clean - no "bathroom" facilities - dryer was fine.

I am very frustrated and disappointed with this NEW place. It was my go to for many years , once a reliable and comfortable space. Now, iv realized since the change of ownership, everything is MODERNIZED ,And I want to say I have no problem with this change. I still went and gave it a chance . As a customer MY PROBLEM is that there are NO FLYERS/ OUT OF ODER SLIPS . Many people who are not used to so much technology prefer old school Out of Oder slips to hang or put malfunctioning machines .The Dryer I was using Broke down and the washer I was using didn't wash only rinsed. no number to report or PAPERS TO STICK onto the laundromats when they are NOT WORKING, and therefore I don't know how to get my money back after a washer and a dryer did not work. The dryers are SO LOW It was very frustrating getting my wet clothes from the dryer that broke down just to put it in another.They used to have a nice area to dry and wash your hands and that is GONE, no paper towels provided for the customers anymore. I figured the prices went up for the BETTER QUALITY (LG WASH $9.75) But unfortunately better quality wash was not provided for me here today. This business need to find better ways to put there customers first ,and make things easier for their customers.

I was just in to do my laundry and I was approached by this man, i assumed he worked there, while making change. He asked if i was doing laundry and that the change machine is for customers and that they have are having problems with change . I told him my laundry was in my car. As i left to retrieve them he followed me to my car and ask me why i parked so far away if i was doing laundry?! i did not appreciate his aggressive customer service. I'm sorry if you have had a bad experience with change but don't acost customers.

Convenient location, sink and the sweetest owner. The place always feel clean. The vintage dryers work well and they are cute. I have been coming here for almost a year to be able to give this place an honest review. I see a review here about ladies taking up machines on certain days, I find that to be true in many laundromats, it's not the owners fault. It's first come, first serve.
