I got a quote to fix my glass and the man started taking measurements. Gustavo Valencia shop supervisor noticed the guy taking measurements, came in to my store, gave me his card and said I will do it at a better price than he will give you. He gave me a quote. I excepted the deal, and then let me know a couple days later to go back to the other guy. He can't get the glass after making me cancel with him. Bad service go somewhere else guys sounds like crooks and does stuff under the table.

Bad Customer Service! I Order a Glass for a broken window on 07/29/21. And they never ordered it for me. So I went back to re ordered it. I finally got it 09/14/21 I took the window to their shop and one of the employees told me that it was going to be done in 30 Min I went back after 2 hour and the window was still broken. If you need to have your work done soon don't go with this Company. This was a really bad experience I will never go with them in the future.

I'm ecstatic with my shower and that's an understatement. Alisha at progress glass was amazing with communication and letting me know what was going on through the whole process of ordering my walk-in shower materials down to install date. George the installer for the shower was equally amazing. I'm so thankful for their communication, work ethic and reliability. Thanks for my glass in my shower, it's gorgeous!
