I have been renting multiple spaces from Pacific for years now. I cant say enough how well run it is. The manager is vigilant and kind. I'd recommend you rent here over anyplace in Santa Rosa or Petaluma.

Pacific Mini Storage in Cotati has been the perfect place to my furniture. The area is clean and easy to access. Cherly, who is at the office is very helpful and courteous and is ready to help with any questions you have. I am very pleased with the service for my storage unit is the very secure and safe. I had a great experience keeping my things at Pacific Mini Storage. The place is immaculate and the storage units easy to use and have nice wood floors. Cheryl keeps a close eye on everything and does a fantastic job making sure everything is secure. I would highly recommend!!!!

Cheryl at Pacific Mini Storage in Cotati has been very kind and helpful to us through the process of needing two storage units and then combining them into one unit. Needing to store your belongings can be stressful and having someone like Cheryl running the office is great.

Been customer there for years....after years of having my card on file to pay, was told I had to now come up there and pay with money order which is very inconvenient....now, went to pay with money order already filled out and was told by real difficult lady that she would not take it and I had to pay with card!!! Worst manager lady ever!! I really wish someone from corporate would contact me...I tried to pay and she refused and said she was going to charge me late fee???? No one should think about renting here...there are alot more storage facilities in area that are more affordable

I would rate it a ZERO if it would let me, less than zero actually. This is the worst establishment of ANY kind on the planet. Cheryl, the mgr, is an absolute Moron. The owner is an idiot as well. Theyre have been "Brothels" run out of their storage unites, we've had guitars stolen, there are rats and faeces everywhere. The place is disgusting and again the mgr is an absolute psycho. DO NOT RENT HERE. I am preparing a law suit for the theft which I believe to be an inside job and I have reached out to the heath dept and BBB and reported this establishment. [email protected] and I will be happy to explain even more dysfunction at that dump. I wish someone would have told me about how bad it was before I moved in, I want to be that person for you. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN and that is my mission.

The management team Cheryl,Frank and Angela are all really nice people. The facility is clean, well cared for and secure. I had a great experience at Pacific Mini Storage, and I would recommend them for all your storage needs!

wonderful manager great prices camera's gated and well lit love this place been here now 8 years and just think the new manager is great, she lives on site with her husband and they are always checking out the lot making sure everything is good
