What a great car buying experiance. I've been lookng for a Toyota Tacoma truck for over 6 month. I saw this newer, 2022, 5K miles listed at North Bay Motors. A good 3 hours away from me. It was at a great price. Drove up, got the background and did a test drive. What really heped seal the deal is the background on the truck Ryan had. He knew the history, why the previous owner was selling the car .... Since I've been looking at these trucks I knew it was a great pirce. So there was no need for going back and fourth. Bought it and very happy.
I also noticed the other cars on Ryan's lot. Many were unique cars, low miles, great condition at resonable prices. I would highly recomend buying a car ere and I will check with Ryan the next time I'm in the market.

I quickly learned that Ryan is not just a GREAT car dealer but a GREAT guy. Had no pressure at all. Drove a few hours to see the car, was handed the key and told "let me know what you think when you get back". Car was as described and has been a great weekender so far with no hiccups! Highly recommend this dealer even if you don't see what you are looking for, give him a chance to find it! You wont regret it.

I bought my car from Ryan here about a month ago and I've definitely been happy. The car has been solid, but beyond that, this was by far the best car purchasing experience I've ever had. Ryan and his team go above and beyond, they're honest and very helpful, and those are the type of people that deserve all of the business they can get! I'll make sure to check back with North Bay Motors first the next time I'm in the market!

This place is top notch. The vehicles are all professionally cleaned and look as good if not better then when they were brand new off the dealership lot and they are all priced fair. The owner, Ryan is primarily the one that helps you on the lot and Everyone else here is very friendly and helpful. I honestly felt the most comfortable I ever have during buying a vehicle. Purchased a VW and got a great deal. Lost the car in an accident and actually got payed out 3,500 more than I purchased it for. If your looking for a like new used car this is your place. Got a 2016 VW Jetta for $10,500 with only 22K miles and 2 years on the warranty back in 2018. The owner is amazing. Would never trust another car dealer ever. He will find you the car you want I guarantee.

I was really positive I was going to have a great experience with Northbay Motors because there are so many good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience with them has not been great. The lack of communication has left me not wanting to do business with dealerships again. They never got back to me, I'm fact I had to call only to be dismissed again and no one ever reached out. I cant help but get the feeling that they were just avoiding me. That is not the best customer service in my opinion. I rather just purchase a vehicle full price and not from a dealership if this is how they all will be.

I purchased a car I thought I would've never owned but Ryan made it happen. My experience with Ryan and his staff was amazing to say the least. He is a very professional businessman that only sells quality used cars at an affordable price. I would highly recommend stopping by to at least meet him and see what he has on the lot before heading elsewhere. I was able to get my hands on a rare VW TDI and have been driving it around the entire country since and has been an amazing car. Thank you

If I can give more than 5 STARS I would! Ryan, Shawn and Diane went above and beyond with their customer service. We live all the way in San Diego and we saw a Motorcycle my husband wanted on his birthday! Not seeing it in person each person sent videos did facetime with us and sent pictures to us! We decided to purchase the Motorcycle and did all the paperwork via mail and finally today we got the Motorcycle! Everything they all told us about the bike was true! No lies or anything! Thank you again for all the hard work you did for us! We both Highly recommend seeing them and going to their dealership to purchase anything!!
