Matt's is my go-to spot for appliances for the following reasons - 1) Matt's prices cannot be beat 2) Matt is incredibly knowledgeable - He takes the time to answer questions and provide education so you know exactly what you're getting 3) Matt held the built-in fridge I purchased while my contractor got back on schedule 4) Matt made pick-up an absolute breeze Yelp is all about supporting locally owned businesses and I cannot think of a better biz to support than Matt's. Absolutely fantastic product, pricing, and service. Can't imagine ever going back to big box retailers after this experience, thank you!

I've now purchased two refrigerators thru Matt. My first was a "beer" fridge for the garage, now we've just purchased another fridge for my daughter. You cannot beat the prices. Yes, some of them are listed as "dent and scratched," thus allowing for the huge markdown...but on most you'd be hard pressed to find the "damage." Most / many of the items are high end and/or major brands, so you know what you're getting a known product. There is a pretty decent selection of refrigerators, dishwashers, washers/dryers, ovens/stovetops and other appliances such as wine fridges & kegerators. I believe the inventory changes fairly often, so odds are you won't see the same item again if you come back after a few weeks/month. I'm telling you, you cannot beat these prices. FYI, because the appliances are "damaged" in some manner, they don't come with the factory warranty anymore. Matt offers a 1yr warranty and you can purchase a 4yr warranty for a nominal price for a better piece of mind. Side note, Matt has been wonderful to deal with. He's very knowledgeable and personable. Whenever we need to replace our next appliance for our house, this is going to be our first stop.

Huge shoutout to Matt! He came across my ad on Facebook Marketplace for a broken fridge I was trying to sell, and messaged me informing me of a warranty I didn't even know I had! He saved me over $3k and did it out of the kindness of his heart-- He had nothing to gain from reaching out to me in the way that he did. (Mind you, I don't even live near Rohnert Park & he totally could have bought that fridge from me for pennies, taken advantage of the warranty, and flipped that fridge for $$$) An honest man, and based off of the gesture that Matt extended to me, I would trust him and this business when investing in any appliance.

Purchased a cooktop from Matt and picked it up will call. Easiest transaction ever. Will definitely do business with them again. I wish I purchased my dishwasher from him.

We remodeled our kitchen and found all our new appliances at Matt's. Prices there were very reasonable. The selection there is great and not overwhelming. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable and we highly recommend checking it out!

I bought a range from Matt a few years ago and had a really great experience! His pricing is great, and his customer service even better! I recently just purchased a new washer and dryer from him. His knowledge and great customer service is made me a loyal client! I would highly recommend checking him out first before the big box stores.

One of the reviews might have hit the nail on the head "he's nice when not slammed with customers". Well here's the thing, if that's why his attitude convinced me NOT to do business with him, then don't answer the dang phone!! But I think that's just his manner. I also had emailed prior to calling but never received an email back. Horrible customer service, or should I say "zero" customer service. Could have had a sale. I see the item is still available 3 weeks later.

Definitely had a cry baby possibly jealous of this fine establishment Matt runs. Have purchased multiple appliances from Matt's including a scratch and dent fridge with no issues. He is very helpful (when he's not slammed with customers) knowledgeable, and professional with the ability the figure out and balance what you need, want, options, within your budget. Keep in mind though he has a NO RETURN policy so do your due diligence before you make a mistake.

Awesome folks, good sales people. However beware, these goods come at a discount over other appliance vendors for a reason. They are goods that are do not pass QC, have minor mechanical issues, or are "marginal goods". You must be willing to deal with repairs via the OEM, or handy at fixing things yourself. #truth

I was sitting in the truck, feeling defeated because I went to 4 different stores trying to buy a refrigerator to take home THAT day. Some places only delivered (didn't keep the stock in store) or there were only outrageously expensive ones I could find. I happened to be googling places while my boyfriend was in the GameStop store near by, and there was Matt's! So close I just ran from the truck, since they were closing in 8 minutes, took a look around and found my perfect fridge instantly! I apologized because I knew they were ready to close up shop. Explained the truck was right there, and I'd be right back, and the men were just so sweet and patient. They helped us load it and were just so great!!

I highly recommend this privately owned business. That the owner answers the phone , even after you purchased the product . Saved 1/3 the cost of the refrigerator at least maybe more !! To buy any appliance check out Matt's Wholesale. And he makes sure it is delivered when you want it . A truly great experience!! And the delivery fellow was highly professional also !

I bought a washer & dryer set, and a refrigerator from Matt's on two separate occasions - Love that he has dent & ding options, he saved me a lot of money. (The dent & ding washer/dryer worked perfectly and the ding was unnoticeable.) If you are looking for a appliance, check out Matt's.

This rating is on customer service. You can get a decent product but the service is crappy. I bought a refrigerator and washer/dryer. I thought I was getting good service until I realized how much I had to argue with the owner to get service when things didn't go as smoothly. For instance, it took much longer than expected to get my refrigerator, which was understandable because of some of the shipping issues during the pandemic although he kept reassuring me that wasn't the case but his supplier delivery was stalled by his supplier, who is based in the valley. I asked him for a temporary small refrigerator that I could use so I didn't have to purchase fast food because I had just moved into a newly constructed home. I thought the request was reasonable but had to argue over the phone to get it when he finally said he had a small fridge that I could use until my order was ready. Many weeks later, I received the refrigerator and had one of his suggested contractors set it up. The contractor could not take the small fridge back to the store so Matt was supposed to pick it up. I gave a courtesy about a month later and he said he would pick it up on a Saturday because during the week would be difficult. Months later, I hadn't heard and this week, I gave another call and he said his driver could pick it up Friday however I was not available so we agreed on Saturday (today). He said his driver would come by shortly after 11am when they open. I called at 1:30pm after not hearing and again at 3:30pm (they close at 4pm) and I asked for an eta. He had the audacity to say his driver will get there today and if not we can schedule next Saturday. I asked for a window because it's now on my time and I seem to be the one making calls. I told him that I can't guarantee being home since there's no window. He said well, if you're not going to be home then next Saturday. I said I won't be home next Saturday or the next one...At this point, I realized that service or his customer's time wasn't valued at all. I told him that he'll have to catch me at home if his driver isn't here to pick up while I am home today. I wasn't going to call anymore. His response, "Well, you've had it all this time." My response, "I've made the calls to you to pick it up, why should I have to continually calm you to pick it up. I'm not calling anymore. You'll now have to call and catch me home to pick it up." This is one of the most craziest interactions that I've had with anyone as a consumer. Again, this review is on the service but I am very happy with my Bosch refrigerator and somewhat pleased with the washer/dryer (that's a different review!). I'd only recommend if you get the right product and the product is in stock at the store.
