We've to rent a uhaul there people seemed pleased with the business going on. Lots of thank you could be heard.. after only one day my review was seen and answered that's a whole rounded business, who cares what there customers feel and think.

I got two beautiful roosters from Larsons. Very unanticipated purchase but so happy. The lady at the desk was super nice and the guy that helped me out both days with my roosters was amazing. I bought a house for them a day or two later, and they deliver that to my home very seamlessly, and I'm very happy. Waiting till we get into our new place and then we are going to get one or two of their baby cows as pets.

Old school, small town feed store. Great team. We get our miniature horses hay and feed from Larsen's. We've had horses and mini horses for 35 years.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I made a U-haul reservation a week before needing it. I was set to pick up the U-haul at 7:30am that coming weekend. I received a call the day prior stating that someone else made a reservation for the same size truck at 7am so they were cancelling my reservation to give to the other person....? They asked me to go to a new location. Atrocious customer service.

I recently ordered 48 bales of hay. I received 45. Their delivery charge was outrageous at $70.00. I live 9 miles from them.

These guys are the best. Knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are good and selection is varied. We buy supplies for our goats, cow, chickens, dogs, and cats here

I had a rental set up with U-Haul to pick up at Larsen's in June. I upsized my truck a week before and was assured it would be available at Larsen's for pick-up and 2 days before I was to rent I was informed (via telephone by the rudest young lady) that they would not have the truck, I would need to go to another facility in Rohnert Park. I asked to speak with the supervisor and was informed "she was in a meeting". I told the young lady, I wanted to speak with the supervisor, have the supervisor call me when she is available and ended the call. 5 minutes later, I received an email cancelling my rental. I immediately called and reinstalled the order at the other facility. The other facility was awesome, and trust me, I will use them in the future always. Friendly, funny and delightful to work with, Larsen's, nope, never again.
