(This review is based on our experiences with Ken in 2016.) Ken is the best! We've used a few Sonoma County realtors. One when we were looking to move here, and started looking in Petaluma. We have a wonderful young lady helping us, but she had to quit to take care of some family issues. So we found another agent, who did assist us in getting our home in Rohnert Park, but we did not like him at all. When we started to look to move out of RP 10 years later, we found a very nice young lady who was very helpful in our initial home search in Windsor, but when we found Ken to sell our RP home, we liked him so much, we wanted him to help us find our new home, too. He really helped us sell our home, and sell it fast. He had plenty of helpful advice to get it sold, and he put up with a lot of our delays on cleaning/packing/moving, etc. He was very knowledgeable about homes in the area, and would point things out along the lines of, "Where would you put the TV?", "I don't know if this roof can handle the weight of those solar panels," "This is a unique home, but that could make it hard to sell in the future," "Very close to railroad tracks, and the train will be coming through here soon" - Not exact quotes, but you get the idea. He would point out things that are easy to overlook when you are distracted by a big fancy kitchen or lovely backyard. If we ever decide to move again, we would not hesitate to hire Ken to sell our home in Windsor, and we'd love to have him help us find a new home, unless we were moving out of the area. He also took some great photos of our RP home, which I'm sure helped to find buyers.

Ken is 100% amazing. My wife and I fully believe that in this current down market, if we didn't go with Ken, we would either still be on market or have sold our home way cheaper than we wanted. Always had time for us, and always went above and beyond. He spent hours at our initial visit going over various scenarios with my wife. Also he showed up with a new printed book that contained all the valuable data on our property and the market around us. We recommend Ken and his team 1000%.

After working with Ken I would recommend you look no further. He delivers. He walked us through every step! He helped with very difficult decisions and we were confident we were making the right moves. He is available at all hours and made sure the transactions all went without a hitch. He is invested in Rohnert Park and knows his business. He is on top of the market. Only 9 days on the market and sold for over asking.

Work with Ken. Period. We bought the house with him, we sold it with him. There were big stressful issues that came up as we were selling. With another realtor I am sure I would have had to fly back and deal with it, but Ken took care of everything. He did not have to, as it was not part of the contract, but he did anyway. The house is sold, the buyer is very happy and so are we. He even found us a realtor in our new location.

Ken is an honest, knowledgeable, and friendly realtor who helped me officially in selling a house and unofficially in buying a house! He came to the selling property several times and gave me genius suggestions during remodeling phase. To be honest, I couldn't imagine selling the property at that (high) price and also buying the other property at that (low) price! Also, he strongly recommended me not to remove all contingencies to protect me! Bonus point is that Ken didn't make any money in my buying transaction and he recommended me to work directly with the seller's agent to get the property. He forego tens of thousands of dollars in commission only to make sure I get the property! So, what else do you want from a realtor?! Thanks a lot, Ken, you ROCK! Because there is no more than 5 stars, I give you 5!

So, sometimes you meet someone who knows how to get it done, Ken's definitely one of those guys. He helped my wife and I sell our home and I was extremely pleased with his skill set and methods. I work in the service industry and am familiar with the array of skill levels people have coordinating complex projects. Ken is extremely good at navigating the buying and selling process. He had great responsiveness and availability. I definitely felt the whole way that he was always available as an advocate for us throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I accidentally found Ken by rifling through reviews of local realtors. Ken put me at ease the very first time I met him, he dazzled me with his expertise and knowledge of real estate. There was never an unanswered question and I knew that Ken had my best interest at heart. Ken was always available and ready to listen, he just held my hand through my first home buying experience. Ken Schrier is an honest, hard working family orientated real estate professional. Although at times, I found myself struggling through the process Ken's wonderful spot on sense of humor would always manage to brighten my day. What a funny guy!!! I give a resounding thumbs up to Ken and only wish he could be cloned!

Ken is the best! We contacted Ken to sell properties that were part of an estate to be liquidated. Although we intended to interview other agents, Ken won us over right away. There was no pressure, he was sensitive to our needs, and he thoroughly explained his philosophy in selling homes and what he would do for us. It helped that Ken is one of the nicest guys you'll meet! Throughout the sales process, Ken kept us informed and was available to answer any questions we had. Ken exhibits a commitment and work ethic that brings results and we were very happy with the sales prices on the properties. We will always feel indebted to Ken and highly recommend him!

WOW thanks to Yelp I found Ken Schrier. My family just sold a Home that was part of an Estate in Rohnert Park. We had 6 siblings involved and many emotions over the loss of Parents. We interviewed 2 agents and instantly knew that Ken was the obvious choice. He answered all our questions and made us feel confident in our decision. He quickly got to work and told us the price we could expect if we wanted to sell the Home quickly. He did the first open house and had 6 offers all over the asking price. We used his expertise to help us select the offer that had the best chance to close quickly. The house sold in less than 30 days and it was as painless as any sale I have ever been involved in.
