OK so I need some bamboo. I knew nada regarding bamboo and was calling around Napa nurseries and given the solid 411 to call Jungle Bamboo. What a jungle delight the 2 Andys are, fine humans with a wealth of bamboo knowledge! They set me up right with some life stories.....hilarious and then the right bamboo, "clumping bamboo" took the 5, 16 footers home and Voila! Fantastic privacy from the peeky neighbors. Great experience. Not only a beautiful selection with knowledgeable owners, but they were available via text for all my delivery, planting and care questions. I wish all businesses had this level of professionalism and service. Ended up buying 9 x 15 gallon Hammii bamboo trees. Great privacy barrier for my backyard!

Drew and Andy from Jungle Bamboo and Palms were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I described my yard, what I was trying to achieve, and they knew exactly what types of plants I should be considering. They have a beautiful nursery with a large variety of bamboo and palms. And their delivery service is exceptional.

This is your one stop shop for all of your bamboo needs. They have a wide variety of different types of bamboo and Andy, the owner, is there to answer any and all questions. He’s incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He can suggest installers for you as well as scheduling the drop off of the bamboo to your home or business. Avoid the big stores (Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc) and come here. You won’t be disappointed

Amazing selection, outstanding service coupled with professional and friendly owners makes for a stellar experience! Andy is so knowledgeable and answered all our bamboo/plant questions. You can feel his passion for his plants exude when when he talks about them. It is truly breathtaking to walk amongst these beautiful trees in the heart of Sonoma County- didn't even know these exotic plants grew here. What a hidden gem and I would be happy to recommend this business in a heartbeat!

My husband and I have had really excellent experiences working with Andy and shopping at Jungle Bamboo and Palm Nursery. Andy is the most accomodating and helpful person I have come across in any retail business I have patronized in decades. He is very patient and low key. He set aside some trees on a handshake for months until our project got underway. He is flexible and really concerned that his customers have the best and most satisfying experience; he really conducts his business with great integrity. Jungle Bamboo and Palm Nursery has a very interesting selction of Palms and succulents, varying in sizes and maturities, and some unusual plants you just can't find in most nurseries. Andy was very agreeable to changes we had to make and always helpful and accomodating.We weren't shopping for bamboo, but his has substantial stock of differenct varities.I unhesitatingly encourage anyone looking for interesting large or small palms, bamboo and other ususual plants to stop by. It's a great experience.

Think twice before going somewhere else. We spent so much money buying plants from Lowe's or Home Depot (even Costco), but they never last through our winters. We eventually came here and 100% of everything we've purchased from Jungle Bamboo and Palm Nursery is thriving and has survived a few winters already. Customer service is nice, super knowledgeable, and they offer delivery. Don't waste your time and money going somewhere else. Trust me, you will be better off buying plants that are grown local and already tolerant of our weather.

Great place to buy bamboo, palm trees, olive trees, birds of paradise and other plants. Had a great a experience the staff was very helpful. Very clean and organized.

After looking at their website, I called to inquire about a palm I want. Andy was very short and rude and kept sending me back to the website and refused to answer my questions. I told him the website has a list of palm names but no pictures and also, I had additional questions about the palm I wanted. He refused to answer my questions and kept being short and rude with me. Andy also told me they don't plant anything for anyone and that I'd have to call someone else for planting but this Yelp page specifically says multiple times that they install the palms for clients. Very confusing especially since I got no answers from Andy. Too bad but I'll be taking my thousands of dollars elsewhere to buy a mature palm from someone with better customer service.

Andy at Jungle Bamboo has been the most helpful guy during our landscaping. Above and beyond. Our bamboo plan was halted by the Marin County Fire Dept. and Andy helped us figure out a different option AND he took time to search all over California for the trees we needed. He then arranged for them to be brought up from central Cal. Amazing work, super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. As well as a BEAUTIFUL nursery, worth going just to see how great the selection is. I went to a couple of nurseries around the bay and Jungle Bamboo is clearly the best. Thanks Andy!

We purchased a mature palm tree and a 75 year old olive tree to put in our landscaping in our rebuilt home (lost in Tubbs Fire). They have been in the ground for one year and are both doing beautifully. We highly recommend this business, Andy is extremely knowledgeable and always helpful.
