Been taking British and German cars over to this shop over 18 years,They know their Euro's and yes it's expensive for some services of course for owning a European car but all cars are expensive now to work on. Some services are more affordable at this place then others. The service is great and prompt. I've brought my Jaguar, BMW'S, Volkswagens, Porsches and Benz's here. My parents also take all their vehicles here. For repairs to simple maintenance it's my go to shop. Make a appointment, it makes everyone's lives easier plus they can order parts before you turn in you car for service.

Called them to see if they could get my BMW in same day and the guy on the phone laughed at me. After laughing he kept repeatedly asking me "who are you?" like I was joke to him. He was so rude that I thought I called the wrong number and not an actual business. I've never had a business answer the phone and laugh and ask me who am I after asking for a service as a paying customer. Their whole business it service so it's not unreasonable to expect service. He just laughed said his calendar was full and hung up.

Love German Motors! Have had my car (2005 VW GTI) here a couple of times over the last few years, the service has always been quick and for very reasonable prices, no matter if it was for an oil change or for and actual repair. Most recently had my car here for a new coolant reservoir, had a minor oil leak fixed, my oil changed, and had a seat belt buckle replaced (I had ignored it for almost four years saying I could do it myself, but never got around to it) as well as a full inspection of the car all for under $1000. Dropped my car off Monday morning and it was done Tuesday. I've never had to go back to have a repair redone, nor have I ever felt that I was being hosed on things that didn't need to be done. Craig is fantastic, and so are the technicians who work for him. Very friendly and honest.

Craig and Dave are the epitome of honest. I've had several cars with various problems with these guys and it's always the same story. Craig communicates very well, explains what options I have and is always quick to do the right thing even when it means a much less expensive repair.
