My mother stopped to get her Mercedes Fully detailed and they just took her money. They did was the exterior but in the interior they just ran a rag and shook her mats.

Expensive. $3.75 for 4 minutes and took a lot of quarters to get to 5 min. Cash-only. No spotless rinse water. No air dry. Had the place to myself on a sunny Saturday afternoon after rain all week. Hmmmm

Went to vacuum my car didn't work ,so I went to an other vaccum,didn't work.i called them to reimburse me.They call and did a no show!!!

It seems like honesty and integrity are hard qualities to find these days. But I was so pleasantly surprised today with what just happened at Easy Breezy Car Wash. I had a very good experience washing my old truck, taking my time to utilize the different functions available at this do-it-yourself car-wash. The bays were clean, the pressure was sufficient, the different functions all worked and I left with my truck looking as good as it possibly could, considering it's age and the abuse it has seen over the years. it was a much better wash than my truck would get for the same money at the local car washes with attendees washing the car.I got home and unloaded my truck and about an hour later I realized that I could not find my wallet. I just figured that I miss placed it but after searching the house, the truck, the garage and all the places I had been since returning home, I was headed out to jump back in my truck and go to the car wash with nothing but hope and a prayer that it would still be there if it fell out of my truck. And that's exactly what it did, and the reason I know this is because I opened the door and was met by who I think might be the owner of Easy Breezy Car Wash on my front step. In broken English, he determined that it was I whose wallet he had in his pocket and handed it to me. All its original contents was still there. And there were bills sticking out in plain sight they would've tempted just about anybody. But not this family. This man was very polite and made a special trip somewhat out of his way to return my wallet. While thinking him, his young son got out of the car and came up to me and as I was thanking them, he gave me a hug. They would not accept a reward. What a show of character and goodness. I am very grateful for their actions, which clearly were just matter of fact and second nature to this good family. Thank you. Ill be a customer for life and I'll tell the world about Easy Breezy Car Wash.

this carwash says that they close at 11. But I have been there more than one at 10:30. It took my money I did not work the vacuum and the car wash. Why do they say their hours of operation are still 11 PM when they shut things out before that? The lady that works there and cleans the parking lot is very rude. I overheard her telling a Hispanic man And his family that he's been in this country long enough he should know which garbage can to put his garbage in. It was very sad. And then she went about getting into a whole screaming match with them about it. I was embarrassed for her. She should be ashamed of herself and top that off with the machine shutting down before 11 like posted I will not go to the car wash again, and advise other people cannot use it also. Worst service I've ever had at a car wash

I like this car wash because it's off the beaten path. it's diy and not overpriced but quarters only no debit/credit card. no one to bother me while i clean my car.

I go clean my car every weekend, i always see the place nice and neat.I never see the trashes full to were i would need to Call and complain at all i enjoy washing my cars there.

Easy Breezy car wash Cotati. Don't waste your money. The touchless auto wash does a very poor job. Your car will not get cleaned or dry.

I like this car wash. It's conveniently located and accommodating. Just seems like the water doesn't stay on long enough to finish each step.It's a great place to clean out and up your car. Not recommended for even regular sized RVs. The bays are too small for that.

Used the drive-through car wash and paid for the best wash,by the time I got home I noticed nothing but blue soap dried all over my car. Ended up going to a different place an re-washing it myself! So don't bother wasting your money on the touch-less car wash

My car left dirtier than when he got here I tried to use their monthly pass because I work right next to the place and due to the dirty water that's not being filtered and cleaned properly my truck comes out with a film on it also today was the last straw it went around and rinsed the bottom of my car but the top of my truck it left soap on I had to pay to get the self-help washing wants and rinse the soap off
