After using another veterinary service for 25 years the business was sold and we were not thrilled with the new owner. We are so pleased with the relationship that we have established with the doctors at Cotati Small Animal. Extremely knowledgeable. They listen. The staff is fantastic. Kind and understanding. And the office vibe is awesome . So grateful we have them to care for Lola and Miss Kitty.

I stopped going to this clinic a couple of years ago because I believe Dr. Kong is basically incompetent. She gave recommendations for each of my elderly dogs that resulted in weeks of added suffering and expense before they passed. She also has absolutely no bedside manner; I've had mechanics show more empathy for my car than she does for animals and their owners. I only gave a rating of two stars because the staff was usually helpful.

I have just become a client and my 20 month old English black lab their patient. Marshall has a little bit of anxiety with the visit and refused to enter the building. After much coaching she entered and the staff was so supportive and were friendly and informative. Dr. Kong was understanding of Marshall's apprehension and got the job done with no stress.

Very good care given to our dog. Consistently. Last time, when she needed care but they had no available appointment, they offered that we leave her and they would work her in. She came back to us good-to-go, and with a courtesy nail clip. Thank you Cotati Small Animal Hospital.

We have used Cotati small animal Hospital in the past and had good service. This past Thursday 1/17/2024 we had a horrible experience with the receptionist. She was very rude. She yelled she hung up on us several times she wouldn't even let us give her the correct information, so I hope that this office will find someone who can handle their clients. This receptionist was just the worst in the world and she doesn't belong Behind a desk helping clients.

I always rave about the customer service at Cotati Small Animal Hospital! They are the only Vet in my experience to suggest and provide a "chill protocol" to help calm our very vet-anxious dogs prior to their appointments. Everyone at this vet goes way out of their way to sooth and comfort our dogs, Dr. Kong has even kneeled on the floor to get to the dogs level to conduct an exam. The techs are very knowledgeable and professional. The office staff are always extremely helpful.

I just moved to the area and took our dog to establish care at Cotati Small Animal Hospital and we loved it! Our dog is a very anxious rescue and Dr. D and the vet assistants were wonderful with her!
