horrible experience. It's been 4 weeks since I brought my paperwork but they didn't call me, so today I'm here and the receptionist said that she doesn't have any request from me, and maybe they'll call me in 1 or 2 months or she doesn't know when, but that she lost my request, I told her that it is not possible for them to lose her and she answered very rudely and despotically. Her attitude was very ugly, she was rude to me and my daughter because she was translating for me because I don't understand English 100%.

I'm giving this place a 1 star because less is not an option. I'm caring for my elderly mother who fell and broke both ankles. Each time I've taken my mother to her appointments (for over a month) there is a front desk assistant by the name of Jess who is beyond incredibly rude, unprofessional and has a RBF. I had to reschedule some appointments (she gives long irritated signs like I'm inconveniencing her. She's disinterested and extremely lazy. So I needed to make my mother some more appointments, she walked away without even responding to me. So I attempted to call and left 4 messages in order to make my mother more appointments.....no response. I was told by one girl to just make the future appointments the next time I come in, only that didn't happen. Instead of them returning my calls and scheduling my mom's appointments, I got a phone call that my mom missed a scheduled appointment and is going to be charged $50. So I called, left a message and received an after hours call from Ellie or Ella (very nice lady) and after I explain the situation to her, she apologized and we set an appointment for today. She told me that my mother's appointment was set and they had left a message on her home phone, which we never got. Yesterday my brother called to tell me and forward a message from Jessica that my mother was scheduled for two appointments and she missed both. I immediately called, left a message voicing my frustrations, and I was called back by Ellie who apologized. Today I went in and "Jess" was there. Same dirty look on her face. She also keeps the window closed, so as I approached to sign my mom and I knocked on it to speak with her. She started talking to me through the glass, which I could not hear her. I told her I couldn't understand what she was saying and she flung open the window with force and major attention and snapped "WHAT!" I told her that I was here for my mother's appointment, and I wanted to find out about the last two appointments that were scheduled and missed in to make sure that we were not going to be penalized for them, I also want to make sure they were not gonna charge medical... since my mom is only allotted for certain amount of visits. She snapped "WE DONT DO THAT!" She rolled her eyes at me and had a completely horrible attitude. I asked to speak to a manager and she said "YOU CAME AT ME!" I told her that she not only needed to keep her window open but that she needed to learn how to have better customer service and how to treat people. She made a rude comment and slammed the window closed. She did this in front of my two elderly parents and other patients in the waiting room. They all were shaking their heads and said she was out of line and should not be working with the public. The physical therapist Noah was apologetic. Apparently she has a history of this behavior and has received other complaints. Also Noah expressed his concern for my mother after the two "missed" appointments, that come to find out were made by "Jess." This girl needs to be fired on the spot and should NOT be working with vulnerable patients and people.

Had to see Julia or Julie here at Cotati physical therapy for my back. she ended up messing with my knee, even though that's not what I was there. She caused more damage and I will never go back.2 stars were for convenient location and some nice staff.

Over the past year I received good care from a few of the traveling PTs at this clinic. My problems have mostly been with the office staff. I became so uncomfortable with the front desk worker that I cannot return to the clinic. This person doesn’t return calls in a reasonable timeframe (within a week or so) and doesn’t bother to check people in so the therapist knows they have arrived. She won’t wear a mask, period. I took pictures of her with her mask down on four separate occasions but won’t post them because that violates the terms of this platform. She’s generally unhelpful and uncaring. I tried to direct these concerns to the absentee owner, but they were ignored (if he even saw them, which I doubt because who gets to screen feedback? She does, of course). Avoid if possible, and good luck. My hope is that this post will move the owner to hire someone more professional. I would like nothing more than to update my post to all stars.

The reception staff was rude once. The owner called and corrected it. The PT is really helping my kid and he LOVES it. Would be 5 stars, maybe someday.

I had a horrible experience here due a girl that couldn't even figure out how to set a timer. I left the appointment with all the muscles in my neck in spasms. I then cancelled all up coming appointments. They then called my doctor and said I declined further treatment. This was completely unprofessional. All because I received sub standard treatment and didn't want to be in more pain than I already am due to their incompetence.

My first appointment was with a good therapist. However, the ladies in the front desk are quite rude, inefficient, and peevish. They placed my appointments under someone else's account. They then "apologized" in a very condescending manner, which added injury to insult, given the fact that they wasted my time, money, energy, etc. and simply didn't care enough to offer a sincere apology. The front desk personnel at Cotati-RP Physical Therapies are about one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
