“Santa Rosa Computers fixed up my custom build PC tower and it's running better than ever. I was charged their minimum fee for repairs (which is a great price) and am happy with their professionalism. My computer was giving me an MBR Error 1 when I tried to turn it on and whenever I tried to change the boot priority in BIOS it kept freezing, but the awesome technician's at this business fixed it up super quick! Only complaint I have is that they let me know it would be 2-3 business days then they'd call me, but I didn't get a call. I waited a few days and I called them 6 business days later asking for an update, and my computer was ready. Overall a great experience and I am satisfied with their repair.”

“I had amazing experience with the AppleCare team at the genius bar as always. And also since I couldn’t get my phone fixed right at that moment for the crack screen. I asked if they had any tape or anything I could use to cover up my screen, so I stopped getting glass in my hand. The general manager Overheard the conversation I can’t remember his name. I do know he did have a rolling gentleman was super nice and amazing and he went in the back and grabbed an old demo version of a screen protector that was already used from his employees training and was so kind and put it on my phone, so I stopped getting glass on my hands till I came back and get it replaced.Sorry in advance for any typos this is all done to talk to text”
“Excellent customer service! Ben was available to help me troubleshoot my PC on the phone (as we are in covid-19 times), but I couldn't figure it out. So I brought it by his place, he grabbed it took a look at it saw that it was fine and maybe it was one of my cables and gave me a new cable to try. When I tried to pay him he said no charge. Very nice guy I would definitely go to him again.”
