Kent “fixed” my amp, never gave me an estimate or even called me up and said it’s gonna cost “this much”. I picked up the amp and paid way too much and it blew a fuse one song into our set. I took it back, he “fixed” it. I got through 2 songs and it blew a fuse. I returned one more time and insisted that he fix the amp properly. It blew a fuse again. He then tried to charge me more money and blamed the circuit. This dude is a hack and a gigging musician’s worst nightmare. Avoid this hack.

My Tacoma Thunderchief was knocked over by a band mate and the fret board was moved out of alignment. Kent had it realigned quickly and perfectly at a reasonable price.

Kent is amazing! I couldn't recommend him enough! I brought my old Sunn amp in and he got it working like brand new. He was very friendly, answered all my questions and he got my amp back to me sooner than he originally told me. I am a very happy customer and very much look forward to doing business with him again.

Kent kindly agreed in advance to set up my new bass guitar on a Sunday afternoon while I waited. The set up was completed in 30 mins. My bass is much easier to play now, and it sounds better due to the string replacement that Kent recommended when I contacted him. Kent's shop is a little difficult to find. Look for Loud & Clear Music; it's behind that. The staff at Loud & Clear Music also get 5 stars for helping me find the shop.

Kent was able to replace a volume pot in my PRS in a 2 hour turn around! I highly recommend his services and will be taking my Amp to him for a service.
