profiled my sister. followed her everytime she moved just for them to be rude to her when she used self checkout but the shirt size she wanted didn’t have a tag and said she had to go wait in line to do an exchange which the associate was rude again. she payed for the .10 cent bag which she never received not a big deal to us. kinda disappointing.

Well Zara is officially a grocery store. Self checkout, charging $0.10 a bag. Clothes still have some style but it a trash experience now. ?

I was very pleased with the customer service and the store in general. It was very clean, the clothes were in place, and everything seemed in order. The music was also not too loud, unlike in some other stores. Thank you for taking care of both the store and the customers

One checkout on a Saturday is taking half an hour, after queuing up for fitting rooms for half an hour as well. If it wasn’t clothes for our kids, I’d give up and walk out.
