Customer service is SO BAD . They don’t return defective items. Will not buy their stuff anymore.

I went to purchase a knife, and Mary was very helpful with helping me find the right cutting board. She helped my new chefs knife and acacia boards find a new home.

The women who work at the South Coast Plaza store are rude. They offer to help you find something and then judge your questions with snippy short answers. Will go to a different vendor where the people are nice .
