Sadly, won't be comfortable shopping here. Was not sure I would use an item as it had more features than I needed (Halloween hat). Asked if there was a return policy. Was told I could return before Halloween so I picked up the item, then the management went back on their word?!?! Strange.

Very disappointing customer service. They should tell customers that items are non-refundable. I get it if it's something they aren't currently selling anymore- but the item I was attempting to return was still on the display and clearly still sellable- and they were unwilling to refund me.
Their receipts say they accept returns for store credit within thirty days-however they do not. They have a NON-VISIBLE sign on the counter -she literally had to pull the sign out of a pile of merchandise on the counter to show it to me- that says almost all merchandise is exempt from this policy.
If it is a "seasonal item" it is non returnable. Almost 50% of their merchandise is seasonal- and there was an extensive ist of items that a so weren't covered on the tiny sign that was not pointed out to me at the time of the sale. Their greedy policies only cost them returning customers.

We worked with Matt and Violeta on many different items for our daughter's wedding and the process and outcome were exceptional! Their attention to detail, design aesthetic, responsiveness, and production quality were incomparable. They made us information cards to go in the welcome bags, gorgeous place card/menu items, table numbers and the seating chart cards. While everything turned out absolutely gorgeous, it as the outstanding customer service that really made the difference. I can't recommend them enough!

Love love love this store as long as they have been open! The cutest party supplies and SO much more. Don't go to Amazon!!! Shop local!! It's better quality and the personalized help. I had the biggest blonde moment.. not the first lol my friends husband invited me on a Duffy ride for her birthday Sunday . Well I heard Saturday I guess. I asked if I can bring balloons. So I called Where's The Party of course. I wanted pink and gold because my bestie loves Veuve Rose Brut Champagne and the woman who helped knew exactly what to do. I was so excited! Then the Duffy ride is Sunday!! I called, I e mailed. Saturday morning I called before opening, they answered and saved the day ! Thank you

Lifesaver! I had tried to do online wedding invitations, but frankly just got too distracted by all the options. Matt helped me narrow down my ideas and had wonderful input as to the spacing, design and correct way to "send" a formal invitation. His calm demeanor was so helpful and I was so pleased with the outcome. Definitely recommend going with Where's the Party for any future invitations!

I needed some pre purchased balloons filled with helium and Where's The Party was the prefect place to have this done. It was significantly cheaper than what Party City quoted me, everyone who works here is super nice and helpful, and it was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Store has the cutest items but staff is so rude. I have never been acknowledged when I go in. It feels like the staff looks down on you and judge shoppers. They even bicker and shout amongst themselves in front of people.

I love this store so much. Been shopping here for 20 years. However ever since they hired the mean balloon lady with short brown hair I stay clear. She is so awful to work with. Her attitude towards customers is horrible. I have spoken to other people and they have encountered the same experience. She doesnt seem very stable to work as well. Hope they can figure this out because I know it's hurting their business.
