Never ever again! I had a western union transfer 2nd time and I called them before I arrived. When I arrived the location they said our system doesn't work. They wasted my another 30 minutes again. They never pay for western union.

I was a happy customer here since 2009, but ever since the son put the father in place to run this store, it's been one thing after with this A****** and his power Trip behind the counter. I,very used their mailbox services almost 10 years as my business address and without notice he said he was no longer accepting packages for customers. No written notice, just his bad attitude like saying Fuq Off, the son was a really nice guy, and good business man,untill putting his father there, maybe so he didn't have to deal with him. Do not do business here, if you do just remember I told you so!

It was a big joke coming to this place. Older Indian man wanted to interview me on wether or not I had a checking account and then after looking at my check drawn from Bank of America a US Bank lol, this guy proceeds to analyze the statement attached to the check addressed to me and tells me he can't cash this because it's from out of state. The issuer is from out of state not the bank itself. Sends me away with a you should deposit this in your bank account. Can't get more ridiculous than this. Luckily there was a bofa half a block away that cashed it. I guess I must of looked like a local crack head to him. Decided to go to Check and Go for a money order since it only $ 2.95 there and bofa charges $12.00 for theirs.This deserves ZERO stars for the amount of attitude I got there. Smh

Good service! I had to use western union when I made a purchase from China. They charge about 20% of the purchase price which is pricey, not sure if this is normal or not but other than that, they get he job done and nice people!

I called this place up to pick up money for my Idiot friend , and they say I can do western union here so I drove all the way 7 miles and when i arrived he tells Me there's no money and I have to wait an hour. Avoid this place.
