I have been with Wells Fargo and had my mortgage with them. They have always taken care of me and my children. Yes sometimes you have to wait and yes they have a sign-in list it is first come first serve. Whether I waited or promptly my experience has always been positive for they always seem to deliver customer satisfaction.

I come to this bank because Otman Bezzate is the best banker I've ever worked with. He's always professional and knowledgeable and efficient with my requests. Really great bank too!

This branch is clean and in a good location! My only admonition is to get better and saving time for customers. It was slow getting through making a deposit!

I've been a customer for 15+ years and I have never had an issue waiving a cashier's check fee. I get a cashier's check every 3 years or so. There's actually a review I left for the WF in Irvine ~3 years ago that you can see - I didn't even have to ask for the fee to be waived that time. This location is the only location I've experienced where they have been adamant about having no control over a $10 fee.

My sister passed away recently and I had business regarding her passing at 2 Wells Fargo branches. One in Huntington Harbor and one 2300 Harbor Blvd. in Costa Mesa. Both the HH branch and the notary public Walter Garcia-Gonzalez gave me outstanding service during this difficult time. I appreciate their help, making things go smoothly.

We needed 6 months of bank statments for checking’s account. Chase bank got it done for me in two minutes. Here the office manager said to book an apartment online in advance, but he is willing to help, but it will take a long time, because statements are needed for 6 months! Although free managers are sitting, they are just talking. I've been waiting for 20 minutes! I'm very disappointed and will not go to this bank again.As a result, another manager came up and said to join the general queue again. The first manager immediately approached, talked to the second and was told to sit in the hall again to wait. I sit and wait another 15 minutes. Curious how things will end. I want to get up and leave, but I really need an extract. As a result, the first manager came up, took the ID, did everything in 3 minutes. A visit to this bank cost me an hour!

Buisness banker Otman is useless in helping my Construction company at all. Wellsfargo is best for deposit, they provide ZERO services to anyone as a business. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BANK IF YOU WANT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The customer service here sucks. I came in to open an account for my daughter and deposit more money into my son's already existing account and they had a ton of employees in the cubicles with only 1 customer in that area being helped. They only had 1 teller however and so I went to talk to her, after waiting quite a while, to see if anyone was available to help me open an account.She then asked me if it had to be today, so I asked her when the next available time was and she said she couldn't help with me so wait a few windows down for her manager. I waited so long, again, just for some other lady to tell me I can't be helped until next week and to go on the app or go somewhere else. I couldn't even make the deposit into my son's account because I felt like I was shuffled away so quickly. Absolutely terrible
