God this bank sucks. They do t have bankers that can help you unless you make an appointment ahead of time. They have 11 teller windows, and I've never seen more than 2 tellers working. Expect lines and waits that would make Disneyland blush.

This bank is always busy on Saturday mornings, mainly because they have a ton of teller windows and only 1 or 2 tellers ever working. Today no line at all because apparently they aren’t open anymore on Saturday mornings, unbeknownst to the parking lot full of baffled customers. Kind of what you come to except though at this branch.

Wells Fargo totally SUCKS ! Called them was on hold for 27 minutes, then I hung up! 2nd time is was 43 minutes. I realized long ago that they don't want HUMANS working for them, because they have to Pay them! Therefore, they hind behind Automation !!! Funny think is, I was calling them about FRAUD CHARGES. I could care less if they ever answer the phone. I would NEVER Bank with WF, ever again. I realized this many years ago. I'll be dam if I'll make an appointment, to speak to anyone thats holding my Money ! Small BANKS are the way of the future! I go to my Bank, they actually greet me by name... NO APPOINTMENT ! It's obvious WELLS FARGO totally SUCKS, so what would ANYONE use them??? Just read the REVIEWS!

Not helpful at all, their incompetence has cost me money. I went to this branch to cash several EE bonds (initially obtained through Wells Fargo for me from my grandfather). After instructing me to sign all the bonds they informed me 2 could not be cashed out because they were "old" and did not have the markings their machines could read. They told me I had to contact the US treasury. I asked them "do you have a phone number, or any information". They told me "just contact the US treasury". According to the US Treasury, to get the bond cashed I'm supposed to send it to the US Treasury UNSIGNED with the proper forms. Since Wells Fargo staff instructed me to sign it the bonds then told me they couldn't cash them (BONDS THEY ISSUED) the US Treasury will not accept them by mail and there's nothing I can do. Our business has been disappointed with this bank location for several years now. Incompetent tellers/rude tellers, bankers that are not helpful, long lines with only one or 2 teller windows open etc. This is just the icing on the cake.

I hate wasting my time with a bad review, but with that same thought in mind, wasting your time is an issue that's very common at this place. I bank with these guys for over 15 years and customer service was never their strong suit, but things went from bad to worse. There are 13 cubicles there but why only 2 people working?? I spent 15 minutes there standing in the middle of the showroom like an idiot, waiting for help but nobody had the common decency of coming and asking if I needed help or nothing like " we will be right there with you". I just stood there just if I was a pile of s#!t! ZERO customer service.I had to leave as my lunch time was running out. Seriously considering on doing my business elsewhere, but at this time I'll do some due diligences so I don't fall in the same trap.

Worst customer service center, Online for 35 min. Bankers are not knowledgeable about proper banking procedures.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. That's what this branch deserves. Absolutely disrespectful. The staff, including the manager were very rude to my mom. She came in today to get some change, as she usually does, and she heard the staff say rude comments about her. She spoke to the manager to report the inappropriate comments and overall behavior of the staff and the manager said that they are just harmless jokes and that they say them about customers all the time. I've never heard of rude comments being just harmless jokes; especially if they are being said about a lot of customers. I will be there Monday to take down names and close all accounts with Wells Fargo. If this does not get fixed, I will follow up with corporate. You don't disrespect people like that and get away with it.

Horrible customer service. Tried to open an account, Wells Rep going on vacation and said she would call back when she returns but never did. Set up an appointment but the Rep was not in that day, everyone else was polite and tried to help. Stopped by today just to find out if they had everything and could open the account but the Wells Rep was too busy being defensive to bother asking what she could for me; telling me she called, telling me there wasn't time to open the account, arguing with me when I said I tried calling back four times but their phone system said the bankers weren't available and referred me to online support (since the phone system was that way two weeks ago you'd think they would know that when they give you a number and ask you to call back). Finally said I have no idea why she has an attitude when I wasn't expecting anything, just needed to find out if she had everything she needed to open the account so we could schedule. Wells Rep started in all over again about how she didn't have time today, she tried calling and then proceeded to tell me I was rude the first time I came in. At this point I'm wondering Wells HR knows she doesn't take her medications every day.

Customer service is terrible. They can't preform basic functions without a banker present which they never are. They screwed their customers out of millions of dollars and were fined for it. They then found another to charge their customers more money and were fined again. I wouldn't trust them at all.

Longest wait ever just to make a straight deposit. They are really nice here, which is great but many of us are running to the bank on our lunch break or on a time crunch. I do not see why someone who is making a straight deposit with no other transactions has to was 20 mins! It would be so very smart to open a deposit only line.

I went in to ask questions on a Saturday. Rafi said he would have Alex Castaneda contact that Monday. It is now Thursday and I still don’t have a call. I’ve tried calling the branch and no one answers. Horrible customer service!
