I scheduled an in person appointment three weeks in advance for Saturday, January 28 only to be called and told that there is no coverage this day. Not only is it inconvenient but the website only allows you to schedule 2 to 3 weeks at a time for my appointment to be canceled to accommodate an employee schedule. I wasn't even called with additional options or an alternative appointment I was basically left to deal with it by myself. I don't like to post bad reviews, but I really feel like this was very unprofessional and not customer service friendly. Don't even bother trying to speak with branch manager.

Poor service.. they should close this branch because this is a waste of space. Went in in Sat 8/22 to cash a check and the teller stated that she can only cash check with twenty dollar bills? I said thats a lot of cash to carry around on one's person. The teller then sarcastically stated it will be in 2 bundles??? It was the teller, 3rd window from the right side of the waiting line inside. She needs a new job because her customer service is very poor! Imagine cashing $100 in pennies.. ridiculous!! Is this a bank or a monopoly bank? The manager said the same thing and i said you have got to be kidding me?! I said next time have a sign outside on the door stating the obvious so we don't have to waste our time. It was HOT, there was a long line and the location is questionable/not safe. The teller had a poor attitude and the manager could not assist!! Poor customer service from that teller and the manager!! Don't waste your life going here!! Go to the location on 17th St where there was no line, AC, friendly, and can cash a check with larger bills!!

Horrible bank closed my account because of some obscure regulation without a phone call. Indifferent manager stated in a condescending tone that that was there policy. Then stated that I have to wait up to several weeks to get my money back. And charged me a service charge of $10 because my account didn't have an average $500 despite being well into the thousands. It looks to me like the average score of WF reviews is around 3 I would rate them lower

Worst customer service. I had an apt. that I had made 4 days ago and when I arrived they claimed not to have it scheduled. Even though I had the confirmation paper with me, they did nothing to try to help me. They said I would have to wait (no exact time). They were closing in 50 mins so I asked if they would even see me and Jonathan's answer was "I don't know". It felt like he wanted me out rather than help.

It sucks that I even have to write a bad review but this place is horrible!! My atm deposit has gotten jammed twice and they suck up my money and guess how much it was!!! Inside the branch the guy at the door is beyond rude!!! He insists on opening and closing the door for you even though it's not 6 feet and when I asked for space to get out of the door he said no. Then the snarky guy at the counter asked me "is your dog grooming business affected by coronavirus?" As if that's appropriate and not invasive to ask at a time like this! Ugh!!!

The workers here are so rude, I went in to ask a simple question and I didn't even get to finish my sentence before the guy at the door cut me off, rolled his eyes, and answered my question. I know everyone is in panic mode right now because of the virus, but that doesn't excuse the nasty attitude these workers are giving their customers.

I went this morning to this location to asked and probably they can help with my problem with my account regarding direct deposit from my employer. I talked to someone and he was just not even helpful. He even walk out and came back saying that he can't do anything. I tried to tell him what's the problem and he can't even give the right answer to me. Then i left and try to go other location just in Harbor area too just next to Target and the lady who help me quickly resolve my problem with my direct deposit account she's not even took a long time to fix it. I'm really disappointed on this 2300 Harbor Blvd location and that guy is not even helpful banker he looks like he don't wanna work or he's in bad mood.

Went into the branch to withdraw $100 dollars. I don't carry my debit card. I presented the lead teller my driver license and entered my PIN number on the pin pad when she requested. She asked me additional security questions and I didn't mind. She asked for my sisters date of birth and didn't know that. I offered to give her my social security numbers and she tells me "I will ask you the token questions". I was with the lead teller for 5 minutes to withdraw 100 dollars. Seriously? There was some lady behind her listing to our conversation. How about she come over and help her lead teller. Very disappointed in the way I was treated. It seemed the lead teller was upset or in a bad mood. Please train your staff to provide good customer service.

Would have been one star, but at least the girls were courteous. Wells Fargo as a financial institution is bad at best. Just closed one checking account and will be closing out the rest. Would have been really cool if I wasn't being led to multiple lines multiple times because people couldn't get on the same page. Wasting my time and laughing it off like I have nothing better to do.

In town for work and stopped by here to cash a $250 check. Never experienced such crappy service. Waited 10 minutes in line then another ten for them to verify this high dollar check then another ten to be told to wait in line again while the broad that had just spoken to the check writer helped three other people at an atm machine, get change and act way too proud of her crappy $20 an hour job. This is what happens when you don't tell your daughter that she is good enough. Posting her picture so you can avoid this waste of time

I had a huge a credit card problem with this bank. There was a glitch in the Wells Fargo app and It caused me to accidentally make additional payments on my Wells Fargo credit card through a different bank account. Because of these extra payments my checking account became negative and had insufficient funds for everyday use. To make a confusing story short, Wells Fargo put a hold out on my credit card and was not allowing me to use it. There were many back and forth conversations with the credit card department trying to figure out a solution. I eventually went into the branch in Costa Mesa and spoke to Francisco. He seemed to be the only person who was able to provide me with a solution to this complicated credit card issue. With in 10 minutes I had the funds available I needed while the company continues to research what happened and how they can fix it. Thanks for your help Francisco! You're the man.
