I'm not saying I fly across the country often to buy watches, but the next time I do, I will probably make a stop at Watch Connection. I was on a business trip to Orange County recently and found a little downtime to stop by the shop since they are an authorized dealer for a couple of brands that I like. Rob is knowledgeable and has a fantastic selection of watches and brands that I have a hard time finding where I live.

We recently purchased a high end watch from the Watch Collection and had and excellent experience! Could only find a handful of these watches in the country and they were able to overnight the watch to us in GA within 24 hours of calling them! We worked with Noah and he was great! Would highly recommend!

I am a having a world of trouble with a watch I ordered online. The chat service is ridiculous. The watch I was sent was broken and I still have not been provided clear instructions on how to fix or service the watch. I'd be real careful before ordering here.

I love the knowledge and service provided by the people at The Watch Connection! We have purchased several watches from them, they provide replacement batteries for life and when my watch required a new internal pin replacement, they handled everything at a very reasonable price! That's great service and why I won't buy from anyone else!

Bad communication from the store. Prices are full retail. There are much better ways to but a watch. I found a great place but it's all the way In Fullerton. Worth the drive and they are so much more honest.

Not one to write bad reviews however, I'm very disappointed, to say the least with this place. I have been shopping here for years. Bought at least 3 watches and sent multiple friends here (who all bought). When I bought my first watch, they told me that they would take it back at the same rate as long as I put it towards a new piece. Went in to take them up on that offer recently so I could get my wife something for Christmas, for them to tell me that they could only give me 1/3 of what I paid for. If it wasn't for Rob (he's great), they would have treated me as if I was a new customer or someone who never spent any money there. What a joke. I will never give them another penny let alone refer any more friends there. The place went downhill after John left anyway. Lesson learned.

Watch Connection does not stand behind their service. They replaced a battery in a $3,000 watch that I bought from them and forgot to reinstall the waterproof seal. This resulted in a $675 factory repair when moisture penetrated the case and locked up the mechanism. The store refused to pay for the repair and just tried to sell me another $3,000 watch telling me the 2 year old one was not worth fixing.

This location has the best Seiko selection I have seen in a while. They have the boutique and limited-edition models nobody else carries. Noah was very knowledgeable and helpful. It's nice to experience a salesperson who really likes and understands the product. He is wise beyond his years and was very pleasant to deal with. Noah showed us all the watches we were interested in, even though he knew we wouldn't be buying them (40K Rolex and Hublot). In the end, we bought one of the lowest priced watches (Casioak) and the experience was just as rewarding. He took the time to explain all the functions to my daughter and was never condescending or dismissive. We will definitely be back when we are ready for a new Seiko, or U Boat, or both!

This place has a great collection of watches to choose from. I went in to get my watch I had previously bought, sized. Rob Hashem helped me and was a gentleman. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new watch. Great customer service!

I always am treated well by the staff at the Watch Connection. I love talking with Chad who is so knowledgeable about watches and is clearly passionate about the industry. I have had several transactions with them and can't be happier. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a watch.
