In my experience,I try to buy heat blanket from this branch,but they said they don’t have this stock,so they have to bring it from headquarters in Brea.(its not a special order from manufacture)In five minutes I changed my mind ,so i try to cancel the order ,and they said its not possible.i’m not big computer guy,but i don’t think is a big deal to cancel order even u swipe your card!!!!Never had any problem in different branches like CED,DDC,Hanks,Main electric,and etc.Even the guy said if that heat blanket come to another day we are still able to give you full refund,they didn’t!!!!Charge me 40$ for return and I didn’t even see that blanket and not even that the manager was unprofessional!!!!!Like a customer,i’m really disappointed,charging someone 40$ for swiping a card its ridiculous!!!!!!!!ITS A SCAM!!!!!I Hope someone who is more educated,will replace the manager!!!!!

After when I ordered bracket and I changed it from 50 pices to 25 pices and they didn't charge me yet ! They told me ohh when have to do your order again,are you sure.... I know if do they want to change order from computer it was not too hard and I understand they said something.... To me . This is not customer service guys;!!!
