The older brown hair woman who works at the cash register was extremely rude. All I asked was whether or not they sold vapes (as there is literal cigarettes stacked up behind her). I'm not from this state so I have every reason to ask... This woman proceeds to tell me to check the wall and look at the "company motto." She said, "Our motto is for our customers to be happy and healthy." I said, "Ok." She continues to say, "So our customers leave here happy and healthy." I said, "Ok." She said, "We will never sell vapes here because they're not healthy. No offense." I said, "Ok." She said, "You need to go to a cigar store for that." I said, "Ok." She said, "But we all have our own addictions. Mine is chocolate and yours is.. well no offense. You hair is really pretty though." She was beyond disrespectful and judgmental. I asked a simple question and did not need to receive the amount of criticism and assumptions that she gave me! How dare she say I have an addiction.... she doesn't know who I could've bought the vape for. Regardless, Walgreens does not sell them that should have been the end of the conversation from there period. I truly think she was trying to get a reaction out of me due to the color of my skin and I called the manager and I hope it was addressed but this review serves as a warning to incoming customers.

Just horrible always have problems with my prescriptions not being get done on time calling is pointless. They never pick up the phone switching pharmacies.

The pharmacist at Walgreens took care of my medication refill when I needed it very badly as I am a T1D. The Pharmacist at CVS had information that was needed for my refill and forgot he had it in his notes holding me back from my insulin for 4 days. I had it sent to Walgreens and they figured it fast and had my insulin ready for me within a couple hours. So I switched pharmacies because my health and life isn’t a game to me.

The pharmacy is worst than the DMV. Extremely rude, they all look miserable and treat customers horribly! I just witnessed one rude lady yell at an elderly guy for trying to use a coupon. And this is not the first. It’s just sad and horrible how the same employees are still behind your counters. Definitely going to start transferring locations.

I never write reviews but this needed to be done. I have been going to this pharmacy for alittle under a year and I have never had a successful experience. Almost every time I wait more than 45 minutes and most of the time they tell me there is a technical issue and they can’t fill my prescription (how do you have technical issues everyday?). All the pharmacists are super unfriendly and greet you with nothing but attitude. I will not be going to a Walgreens for the rest of my existence because of this location 0/100 stars.

This place is trash and the biggest piece is the Pharmacist, Andrew. That man should not have a job. He has absolutely no understanding of his attitude and the abrasive, condescending, and demeaning energy he glares down on you. It would take me many paragraphs to explain my two interactions with him to drift such an abrasive fail. So to summarize. Both times, I was asking direct, relevant medical questions that are fully within his realm of answer. Neither time did our interaction go over 2 minutes. Both times he was unable to give me any relevant information. No support or clarification, but he began to actually yell at me instead, once saying "are you even listening?” while still giving me no answer to my direct question. When I met his energy he literally went off on an arm flailing, full voice Karen screaming rant where he told me to "shut up" and "he doesn't care what I have to say" and "I don't get to speak." Shutting me down and throwing the pills across the counter. This is a pharmacist... I'm asking relevant questions specific to the medications you're selling me... How did we get here?!
Huge red flag this man is the main reflection of your business. The man is an embarrassment to himself as a professional, let alone the leader of an establishment providing medicine.
Because of Andrew the Pharmacist on my two interactions with him in March of 2024 where he went off. I can not see this business with any reflection of dignity. I will not come to this angry, mean Walgreens again. Because I can do way better with my business than deal with aggressive demanding people like Andrew.
@walgreens, you can do way better than Andrew. Maybe an automated pill machine that can't yell at you when you get medicine? Just ideas.
Good riddance to bad rubbish.

These people can screw themselves. I am out of town and they made it impossible to get my prescription. ONLY this location is being difficult. Telling me to get a doctor out here as if it's just "that easy" and I'm not getting a doctor out here when I don't live here. They are ridiculous. The pharmacy is ridiculous.

The worset and rudest pharmacy staff you can ever deal with, park and the ladies there today are very unhelpful and unprofessional and disrespectful as well, i will definitely file a complaint in the corporate against them. Arrived there before closing by 5 min and they said we dont know if we can process your daughter's antibiotic now we are about to close, which is the hospital sent the medication at 7 in the morning, then they ask me to go to different location and get the antibiotic, once i said i will file a complaint they got the antibiotic in 2 minutes, these people are so bad and they need attention from there corporate. Shame on you guys when a year and half baby need an urgent medication because she having a fever and you freaking wanna go home without giving me her medication. Very bad now a days.

I was waiting in line to pay and this worker Chad took his sweet as time to rang up the items as if he never seen people purchased shit before, why you to look at all sides of a box of napkins if you already scan it like why. Just annoying how long time we had to wait.

I cannot handle the rudeness of the employees in the pharmacy. That was the beginning of a post a few months ago, I never posted. But after today I am. This is the worst walgreens. I could not get my RX today at 10 am because the pharmacist stepped out of the building. Weird. And the clerk was rude & seemed offended I would question that excuse. I will never set foot in this walgreens ever again, nor should you. I wish there was a legitimate way to voice my opinion & that someone but actually listen and effect change. Management needs to know.
