The entire team at Vision Miner is excellent. They answer the phone, respond to emails and are generally really helpful. They have provided me great sales and support for 3D scanning equipment and software.

Phenomenal adhesive. I recommend this to anyone and everyone that prints anything more than PLA. My only complaint is that in textured beds (i.e. PEI) it takes more than it should to spread, so for that, split it with IPA.
I basically won't print without it, as I print 30 hour functional parts. I have tried hair spray, layerneer, stick glue etc, and none of these even come close and those all have way more residue to clean up.
Absolutely happy customer and will continue to buy this fantastic 3D Printing adhesive as I have for many years.

I used to have warping on the edge of the bed of my x1c with abs this product it's amazing havent had a failed print since I started using this

Rob was amazing to work with! Fantastic customer service, I used their print service, very fast turnaround, great communication — definitely the guys for some high-temp prints, and they showed me all their awesome 3D scanners and the variety of printers they offer. Really incredible futuristic machinery unlike anywhere else. Also- for my hobby printer, I got their Nano Polymer Adhesive glue — I have now tried it, and it works amazing!

Had a few issues with the Freescan Combo from shining3d. We purchased this through vision miner. While the customer service from shining3d is severely lacking, the support from vision miner has been excellent. Rob and Alonso have always gone above and beyond to help resolve issues we have. They have even provided support after hours on several occasions. I highly recommend them.

Tried to buy their printer but had to get a new quote. They jacked up the price by 1000$. Tried their glue but it's just a bottle of alcohol that doesn't work?

Great company with a fantastic bed adhesive.
Nano Polymer is seriously worth every penny. It might be the most expensive adhesive on the market but if you print large stuff, especially with expensive filaments, this will pay for itself after one print easily.
I've tried this with PLA, PETG, ASA, even TPU on my PEI beds and it gives me the added peace of mind that my prints will not detach or warp during a long print. Super easy to apply and easy to clean up too.

Initially I inquired with Vision Miner about the Nano Polymer adhesive and whether it would work on my aluminum bed. They indicated that it would work on some beds depending on the amount of carbon with in it. However they did say that I could try it and if it did not work they would refund me. Well I tried it and it did not work, and they did refund me. Let me say that their customer service was outstanding and they answered all of my questions regarding the product. Shipping was fast and I cannot express the high regard they have for their customers. Prior to purchasing this, I read all of the reviews and almost all were positive with regards to customer service and their product. I can tell you that most companies would not provide the exceptional service that Vision Minor provided as well as allowing me to give it a try. Most companies would not do what these folks have done, their honesty about their product is what lead me to try it. I think that what ever printer bed you may have it is worth the try, reviews showed that it indeed does work. Again, exceptional customer service, fast responses to questions and most importantly their sincere caring of customers and their product. Kudo's to Vision Minor. I will be back.Anthony
