Val the manager is an absolute rockstar! She kills it every time with customer service. I cannot recommend her enough. She truly understands what it means to take care of your customer and goes above and beyond! I met with her twice and both were an absolute pleasure. If you need to switch or have an issue make sure you see her!!!

Elli was awesome; she helped my wife find a solution for her stolen phone. She was very knowledgeable and well-experienced in carrier services and number porting. She offered her direct number so we could reach out to her directly if we had any questions. VZW, thank you for having Elli on your team. She is a great example of customer service excellence

I never leave reviews but Valeria C. was so amazing I had to. I went in to switch my phone from AT&T to Verizon and something happened where it stopped working in the middle of transferring the eSIM. I was already home so I went back to Verizon and realized the store was already closed. I sat outside Verizon to chat with an agent since I was connected to wifi. Valeria saw me and immediately started helping me even though the store was already closed. She went out of her way and assisted me on her own time. I felt so relived after she helped me fix my phone out of the kindness of her heart. Thank you Valeria!!

Not a friendly place, Bought a new samsung s24 ultra, having trouble getting it hooked up, this place won't even talk to you about solving your problem unless you pay them 30 bucks up front to help you, what happened to good ol customer service when you buy a new device ??? never again for this location, have to try a different place, don't think Verizon wouldoperate like this, not good business practice

Came in here to switch out our phones from T-Mobile. Immediately was greeted by Borna Hamedani. He was kind enough to help me get my situation under control after my mom had her phone in another state. He was attentive, helpful & professional. I almost left but he did everything he could to assist me making sure I walked out with a new phone. Highly recommend this customer representative to assist with all your phone services.....

We’ve been customers with Verizon for over 16 years and this was the worst service we’ve received. We were accused of fraud got our account blocked and then was told that the store was closing in an hour in a half and that they couldn’t help us any longer. To call customer service.

Manny you have to do better. HeOrdered the wrong phone, sent it to the wrong address and then didn’t follow up to aid and order a new one. I had to constantly check up and see what can be done. A lot of staff here are lacking professionalism.

My visit to the Verizon corporate store in Costa Mesa was quite disappointing as I went there to get a SIM replacement. Right from the beginning, I felt like I was being unfairly stereotyped by the employees, and it made me feel uncomfortable. I was simply there to replace my SIM card, not to buy a new phone. As I observed their prejudiced behavior, I must admit I became defensive, and my tone may have come across as aggressive. However, it's disheartening that I even felt the need to be defensive in the first place. The way they treated me was unkind and unjust, and I'm finding it hard to put into words just how uncomfortable the situation became. I couldn't help but worry about what might have happened if things had escalated further. To make matters worse, one of the employees asked me to step outside in a rather rude and confrontational manner. They accused me of trying to act tough, which was my response to the frustration of being stereotyped repeatedly. It's disheartening to think that people should feel apprehensive about something as simple as shopping for a phone or seeking help with their devices. What added to my ordeal was when the employees decided to place a fraud alert on my account, subjecting me to even more scrutiny. This resulted in me spending two long hours on the phone just to get my account unlocked. If anyone else has experienced something similar at this store, please do share your thoughts about this particular location. It's crucial that businesses address such issues and work towards creating a more welcoming and respectful environment for all customers.

What an amazing and phenomenal store to shop for all your cellular phone needs. Both Victor (store manager)and Hector were honest and literally went out of their ways to assist my elderly mom to get her new iPhone . Importantly, a little saving for my mom sure helps. Thank you, so much guys!!! It's a rarity to find people like you all!

Went into this branch wanting to buy a new iPhone but had a few questions about trade-ins and fees. There were about 3-4 Verizon employees and one other customer. I started to ask my questions and the employee was dismissive and very short with his responses. He was also very vague with price breakdowns. I felt that I was annoying him with my questions so I ended up leaving. I decided to go the Apple Store instead. I received $70 less for my trade-in but their customer service was superior. They were very courteous, explained everything, and gave me exact breakdowns of different packages.
