I went into this store after I was told by another store I needed to get an account override done. I walked in and a girl was standing there who took my number down for a wait. I stated my situation and explained I was sent over by another store and she said I needed an appointment without even knowing what was going on with my account. She said there was a 20 mins wait. I said ok and she stood there for staring at me. I asked if she needed something else she said no and kept staring. 3 other employees walk out. At this point there are no other customers around and I'm still waiting. An older lady walks in no one greets her. She was there for at least 5 mins and not one employee said a word to her. Poor lady had to walk up someone to get checked in. I get called to be assisted and I made it clear of what needed to happen. I also requested to have my account be reviewed as there was notes from other reps and insurance. Then I stared getting excuses of what I was told was wrong by the store and once I argued knowing I was in right then they needed to ask the manager who happens to be the girl who checked me in. So I get no where becasue this is the same girl who pretty much try and stare me down. They called customer support and barely pressed my issue and tell me no. Now Im annoyed. As I'm leaving the manager Erica is just starring inappropriately. Not once through this entire visit did someone smile, asked how I was doing or anything. I got maddogged and spoken down to. I've been with Verizon for over 20 years. The employees at this store do not want to help resolve an issues. They are not friendly and the act as if they are above you and your issues. They don't fight for you. Crazier thing I called into customer service and they took care of my issue right away and I have a new phone on the way. I hate leaving reveiws. But Erica the manager at this store has 0 business being in customer service. I hope you consider a change in management and showing the rest of the team how to be pleasant, smile and welcoming.

Not great service. Lots of very young people that shoo me away. They haven't been able to answer my questions.

I had one of the worst experiences in this store with the manager Jason.
I went to the store asking for the last bill and the manager knowing that I switched to a different company told me that he won’t be able to see my account, and as everyone knows that’s a completely lie, so even saying to him that he was not helping me at all, he didn’t care and with attitude responded that sorry I’m sorry and stepped away.
I don’t recommend this store at all.

I had a fantastic experience at this store. Madison was incredibly attentive and well-informed. After I explained what I was looking for, she quickly retrieved the exact item I wanted from the back and thoroughly explained all the details of the product. Alice was equally impressive, offering additional insights right away. Both made me feel very welcome and well-informed about my purchase. If you're looking for top-notch customer service, this is the place to go!

FYI- not all Verizon stores are created equal. This is one of the only corporate stores in the area- all others are franchised, and it shows. Other stores close early with no warning (I'm looking at you, 17th street...) or don't have the inventory for in-store purchases.
After an exhausting weekend of trying to track down my stolen phone and then a store that carried the phone/apple watch I wanted as a replacement, I managed to get into the store 10 minutes before it closed and Perry was the perfect person to help. Super appreciate his calm, kind energy. Shout out to Joseph as well, he could tell I was pretty stressed out and was extremely hospitable. Overall, the team made sure to listen to my needs and communicate expectations. Diz was super knowledgeable about products and promos that fit my needs.

Avoid this place. I just got off the phone with Verizon customer service. Seems they tacked on services I did not asked for onto my bill when I went to upgrade my phone. Something called home protection. They were charging me over $30.00 a month and would have never found out if I had not called. Worse part is these are non refundable chargers. Horrible experience, will change providers after this.

Oscar! Patient gentleman with glasses is lowkey a super hero. Has helped me multiple times. I am sometimes irresponsible with my phone. He pushes me to be better. He has definitely saved the day once again! I only want to deal with Oscar when it comes to Verizon! You rock!

Salesman didn’t like that I was helping my mom over the phone to prevent her getting taken advantage of and so he cut off our cell service mid conversation. This is why this service model has pretty much died.

A sales rep convinced me that 5G home internet would be great because there is a tower directly across the street from where I live. I have not been able to use my internet service between 5PM and 11 PM. It is so incredibly bad that I truly can't put my displeasure into words. The attached screenshot was taken at 8:45 PM on a weeknight. I don't understand how the service can be marketed at up to 300 Mbps and then every evening I get speeds like this. I feel like I was scammed. I have since learned that there are additional factors at play like how many people are using 5G internet on their phones. Even still, I am baffled at how the service can get this bad. If you live in a heavily populated area of Orange County, do not listen to a single word that the sales people tell you about the speed and reliability of their service. It has been abysmal for well over a month and every technician I have spoken to swears that there isn't an issue..... 143 Kilobytes per second, in 2024. That is the type of service that they think they can sell you for $45 a month. Do not do it.
