Of course they tell you different information to sign you up for their services, but then you receive your first bill with different amounts! Worked with Kevin, disappointing experience!

Conrad was amazing at helping me with Everything that needed to be done with ordering a new phone and setting up the new phone and account adjustments. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and patient. Keith stepped in to help and he was great, too. Verizon is lucky to have them as employees.

Setting up and retrieving data from a lost phone was tricky. Service was very good but i still had work to do to completely restore all info and apps.

Conrad worked tirelessly to help us. My wife and I didn't leave until all of the problems in transitioning my telephone system to Verizon was completed.
You should be very proud of him.
He's extremely patient, professional and thorough.
I've been through this process before. He managed all the issues without ever getting flustered or frustrated.
