Terrible and inconsistent customer service. The lady in the front was very gracious and checked me and my family in. I let her know I wanted to check out their popular style, the Vintage Alhambra Guilloché, before I make the purchase. She let me know that her sales associates are all busy - totally fine, we were able to wait and were allowed to walk around looking at their selection. While waiting, our family got condescending looks from other sales associate.
10 minutes later, an associate finally came to us and asked why we were there. I told him I wanted to check out the necklace and he they would have to order it for me because they're always out of stock. He sounded bored and didn’t even offer to let me know when it’ll be available. Maybe said this to 20 other people today but you're in customer service and shouldn't have such a bad attitude when talking to potential customers. We left immediately and they seemed more than happy that we left. Never returning to this location again

Horrendous after-sale support. Having an appointment is merely a suggestion and you will be waiting until the associate that you are assigned to is done with another customer that walked in before you.

The South Coast Plaza service and store is always such a pleasure to visit. My SA Gabriel is amazing and goes above and beyond! Thank you Gabriel for always making my experiences with VCA memorable.

We had a very poor experience in this store. My wife and I were planning to buy a ring recently but the sales attendant was so rude and curt with us that we totally changed our minds. Do not come to this store if you want an excellent service experience. After coming to this Van Cleef store, now we are thinking about buying a different ring from another jeweler altogether.

The entire experience was amazing and a 10 on the scale. Jack Hung was our salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable. He explained how delicate the one I wanted was. He gave us champagne and chocolate as I was fitted and made my selection in a very comfortable area, where my husband and I were seated. Because the malachite is in demand, and no where to be found in the US and Canada, I had to order and won't receive for about 6-8 weeks, but b4 my birthday, which was important. If ever I decide to purchase another item, Jack is the man.

Called in to find out the floor they were on and spoke with a rep who provided that info. I got there and was told they were booked for the day and no walk ins. It was a few hours before closing. They didn’t have the item I was looking for in stock but I still was told I need to make a reservation. That would have been great to know that when I called the 1st time. I will be going to another location for my purchase.

Very very wonderful experience on Monday 10/9/23 from the greeting at the door from Trinity. By the way, I did not have an appointment and she was kind enough to put me on the waitlist a little time pass by and I was let in. Trinity was very courteous and kind offer me water, and some chocolate she also pulled out the seat for my wife, which was very impressive by this young lady. I’m not sure what you guys doing your training sessions, but this was a first class experience. Thank you so much. First impressions matter, and I must say this was a hell of a first impression. More companies can learn from your example. Carina the sales person is also amazing very professional and knowledgeable about her jewelry.

They have THE WORST customer service here. Everytime I go in here to get my bracelet resized the Chinese guy and some Chinese girl are extremely rude makes me feel like I'm a burden to ask for resizing my bracelet.. when they can't even get the sizing correct. Resizing takes forever... couple weeks & each worker tells me a different rule about resizing policy... like? Get it together. The staff should be friendly and know what the rules are.. shouldn't be different everytime I come in... I will stick with cartier now.

Checked out their newer location at the SCP and it's much bigger and nicer. They had a couple securities to help you check in. I already knew her I wanted to check out, so the whole process was quick. And the SA who helped me was professional and friendly.

Van Cleef's appointment system was very efficient. We were able to walk around the mall while waiting for our turn. Once our SA is ready for us, we received a text and a call from them. Cameron was very helpful and made good recommendations on what color of Alhambra's will be perfect for my needs. Most of the popular color is not available for purchase and needs to be ordered. I am extremely contented with this visit and will definitely recommend her to my friends.
