Karina was a pleasure to work with. She has always kept in constant communication over the past year when I first inquired about some pieces. Since then she has gotten me the watch I’ve been looking for and even for my wife right before Valentine’s Day. She makes us feel like VVIP customers and can’t wait for the next purchase with her.

I visited the South Coast Plaza VC boutique from 2017-2018 and had friendly experiences. Unfortunately, my experience here shifted completely after the Overseas line-up garnered more attention from collectors.I visited multiple times in 2020 and 2021 to register my interest in an Overseas for my upcoming law school graduation. Brad, the boutique "manager," wrote my information on a sticky note and told me good luck trying to procure one. I later saw him throw away the sticky note. In fact, I had met with Brad multiple times, but he never seemed to remember me. His attitude seemed to be much better towards other racial demographics (perhaps he blew me off because I am young and Asian?)In any case, I called customer service and explained my negative experience. I have been collecting other brands for many years, so I totally understand that pieces won't be available instantly or ever to a first-time buyer. Not a problem at all. I was willing to "play the game" and build a relationship with this particular boutique, but Brad seemed totally disinterested.After contacting corporate, Eric Shen reached out. Eric set up an appointment with me sometime last year, and (1) he was late to the appointment and (2) he told me that even if I had spent "$500,000," he could not offer me an overseas and said that my name would be on the waitlist. He made it seem that it would be impossible for me to have the all-mighty pleasure of purchasing one from him. Not to mention that it's also tough to force myself to buy something when Eric Shen tells you that it would be pointless even to spend $500,000 with the location.I decided to try my luck with the Las Vegas and Seoul boutiques. I left my information and had great experiences with the sales associates at both locations. Less than ten months later, both locations called me saying I could purchase an Overseas. Keep in mind that I did not have any purchase history, and I certainly didn't spend over $500,000, as Mr. Shen insinuated. In fact, one boutique offered a discount. It seems like now that secondary market prices on the Overseas collection have tanked—and I mean ??????— there is more availability. Or, at the very least, some normalcy in customer service.In any case, the South Coast Plaza boutique left a horrible impression of the brand on me, and I would not give any business to this location.

Vacheron Constantin is one of the watch brands that is regaled as amongst the holy trinity of Swiss watch makers with the oldest continuous watch making history in the world.They also hold the title for the most complications ever created in a timepiece.So, my wife and I feel very honored to have been able to receive two of their flagship works of art in a timely manner.I'd like to thank Syngen for being a wonderful and gracious SA and getting my wife and I our early 20th anniversary gift to each other. Stunning, gorgeous, lovely pieces the overseas in pink gold with blue dial!I have to sincerely say that the Maisons of Vacheron has some of the most gracious and professional associates in the timepiece industry. Far, far better than Rolex. In which I've bought several over the years, but I've grown so tired of the games they play with their customers and their arrogance. It's truly not worth the grief. But I digress.If you are interested in wearing a superlative piece of art with a fascinating heritage, Vacheron is certainly the way to go.

I entered this business with the intention of purchasing a watch. I intended on purchasing another Overseas. I would've purchased any variation available in SS or 18k gold, dual time, chrono or non-chrono, 41, 42.5, or World Time 43.5mm. Upon walking into the store, and without asking my intention, a poorly trained staff member told me they were too busy to help me. The employee who addressed me was one of several staff members standing around and doing nothing. No customers other than myself were in the store. I left and do not plan on returning. However, due to the current watch market conditions, I was able to locate a 42.5mm, 18k gold, Overseas chronograph online. The watch was unworn and complete with box, papers, and in factory packaging for a negotiated price below the retail price.

Visited Vacheron Constantin Boutique in Costa Mesa and had an amazing experience with Syngen Bingham. It was refreshing to actually work with someone who is clearly passionate and deeply knowledgeable about both the brand he represents but also the industry as a whole! He patiently introduced me to the full collection, ranging from the rather underrated Fiftysix to an incredible Traditionnelle Tourbillon piece. Now, I'm eager to add a Vacheron Constantin to my collection. Highly recommend Syngen for a memorable and trustworthy experience!

Very unprofessional. Been coming every 3 months to establish a relationship only to be told I can't because I bought a watch 4 years ago from another boutique. Complete waste of time. Told me to go back to nyc boutique if I want any more watches even though I live in California now

Thanks to everyone at Vacheron for this amazing journey so far! Karina helped me adjust my bracelet and showed me the gorgeous tourbillons available (yes, you read that right). I really become more educated in these visits and guides my future interests. I also had a most refreshing conversation with Don and I apologise that I wasn't able to make it a few weeks ago. I got too excited so my date in the photo is off by one. There are a suprisingly low amount of reviews. True enthusiasts will find their way here.

I had the pleasure of meeting with the boutique manager, Brad today, who put on an absolute clinic for me. I thought I knew a little bit about watches before I met this guy. If you're a watch guy... or girl, you know that in the last couple of years watch shopping has become a whole different thing. Gone are the days of walking into your local AD, trying on a few watches, picking the one you love, paying for it and leaving with it. Now it's considered a win if your name lands on a wait list. A lot of the manufacturers in the top-tier, including this one, won't even take a deposit at this point. Crazy times.You wouldn't know that though by spending time here. Brad must've patiently showed me at least four... maybe five watches, explaining the price, features and benefits of each watch.Very cool energy in the place, it was like two old friends talking. Did I leave with my dream watch today? I did not. Did I learn a lot, look at some beautiful watches and get one step closer to finally owning one of these masterpieces? Absolutely. The next picture I post for this boutique, will be me wearing my new Overseas.
