I don't know what kind of people work by delivering mail more than a thousand times and they keep doing the same thing all the time. I have lost my envelopes, which are important. I don't know how to report this.

They literally stole my mail.. and never even put it in the system.. never received my next day package..when I put the tracking code in I get nothing only that a label was made.. this package was insured and express 1 day mail.. horrible people work here they steal your mail.. THEY STEAL YOUR MAIL!!!

I wish there was an option to give half a star or no stars at all. Terrible customer service! I arrived for my passport appointment a few minutes late. The next passport appointment was scheduled 20 minutes later and they refused to help me. I said the passport appointments are scheduled every 15 minutes we have 20 I don't understand why you can't help me and they said because I was late I will have to make another appointment..go to USPS.com and make a new appointment is what they told me. The supervisor Dwayne was so rude and should not be in the customer service business at all!!

This place is absolutely awful. I have been coming to this place for 10 years sporadicly and I ALWAYS see the employers being rude to the customers. It doesn’t matter if you are old, pregnant or ESL, these people, specially the Asian man with glasses, have not interest to be friendly to people because their job is safe. Very sad how this place is ran. When I get out of my car I always take a deep breath because I know what I am facing when coming here, but after the rudeness I experience today, I am definitely not coming back.

Seriously, read how petty some of these reviews are. It's sad so many reviewers suffer from impatience or incapable of managing simple transactions these days. The people that work there are nice and efficient, just have realistic expectations when you leave your house.

Unbelievably Frustrating. I was trying to get a passport and I had an appointment at 2:15 and 2:30. This was scheduled months in advance and I took time out of school to get this done. I arrived at 2:19 and they told me I couldn’t do it. Why? Because NO. I understand I was late, but I can still do my 2:30 appointment? NO. They said the 2:30 appointment is from 2:15pm -2:45pm. WELL THEN WHY IS IT A 2:30 APPOINTMENT. There was nothing saying to arrive a day early to the appointment. They just don’t care about their customers. I had all my paperwork ready to go, they said I was late… for my 2:30 appointment when I was there at 2:19. There were 3 workers and one Japanese guy couldn’t even speak English. Sorry for the rambling, just trying to vent my frustration.

This is the worst post office I have ever been to. Fernando didn't offer full explanations of post office procedures then proceeded to YELL AT ME for not knowing the rules. He could not operate the Point of Sale system to give me a refund and berated me until I purchased postage for an item that NEVER MADE IT to the destination. The manager of the post office just looked and laughed at the situation instead of offering customer service. It is a complete shame that we have to pay increased prices to guarantee the pensions of people that can't even help us mail packages. I would prefer that they have to compete four our business, actually get educated on products and best practices for management - THEN you could actually deserve the pension we are already paying for.SUPER incompetent staff and when you see Fernando - and he yells - you have been WARNED!

some of the staff lacks the typical "excessively nice" attitude seen in other places, and instead they behave like normal humans. i think that's why people complain. they do their job fine.
