Y'all these people are very sour , i mean i get it , but its not the best feeling post office to go to except if you just drop something cuz at least you won’t chat. The older lady was nice to me for the passport appointment but its just awful. Also the japanese man can’t speak English and id wait in different line or go somewhere else cuz hes rudest of them all

Although almost all the other comment were negative I have been using this post office for 18 years and the employees there have always been very helpful.

Rude employees, its clear they hate working here. Charged me for a label I did not ask for. Go to a different location if you can.

This is the worst post office I have ever been too. Most of the employees are incredibly rude and not helpful. The tall big guy is the absolute worst. No respect for customers or even his coworkers.

I go here frequently to send international donations, and the workers here are always rude and unhelpful. Their comments to myself and overheard to other clients are either caddy or angry. No wonder USPS is struggling to stay open and relevant.

Oscar, the manager, did what he could do, and was professional.
However, the HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE that the redhead had when giving me a refund was petulant. She seems to have great disdain for acknowledging her own incompetence.
One would think that a branch that screws up THIS MUCH would have learned how to do it gracefully, instead of doubling down with petty rudeness.
To be fair though, there is one really chill older dude that works as a clerk there. He's really the only smart one that works up front.

1/2025 There is *no mail drop off* on the weekends after the lobby is closed. The building and the external mail dropboxes were locked.
When I have used this office during business hours it has been great.

They don't deserve a one star. We were moving we rented a po box at the same time we did a change of address to the CM po box They made me jump through hoops to show 3 of us to forward mail to po box driver license copy of car registration to prove all 3 we're valid. Not only did they not forward our mail from house we sold Cm to purchased po box when we went to get refund for remaining 4 months. They gave my husband a hard time. They need me to come there. We now live 2 hour drive and I care for my mom that is dying I do Hospis for her. I am sorry but they are doing something funny there. I get daily emails of mail and the house has no one living there but all these different names of mail being delivered to our old address. I will figure it out. The worst customer service ever. I am so shocked. We had receipt with keys. They refuse to do it.

This location is a drop box only, completely useless otherwise.
It’s difficult to believe such verbal abuse could exist in an Orange County facility, but the bureaucratic demons at the Fairview USPS found a way to be obtuse, condescending and explicitly mean during my 15min passport appointment today.
Avoid the clerks and attendants as they will ensure you stumble over the smallest mole hill on their way to their lunch break.
Avoid if you can, just go to Newport Beach.

Like other past reviews, mine is relating to passport service. If you make an appointment for passport service, do not make it here! There is zero empathy and over the top go out of your way rudeness. People have the opportunity to make someone’s day or make them feel like crap every day, and, three out of the four employees chose the latter. Needless to say I will never set foot in this establishment again. I hope that the employees here make better decisions regarding customer service in the future. Because apparently, currently they take pride and enjoyment in seeing others suffer and feel defeated. No thank you.

The older lady on the far right of the costumer reception area was overly rude against me and my father. My father was simply trying to renew my passport since it is now expired. My mother is dead and he is the only person I have left to help me with things such as these. We went twice to this establishment to be turned down twice by the older lady. We were only missing one document which we could have filled out in only 5 minutes right there and then but she refused to help us, despite there being nobody else in line. I’m not sure exactly why she refused to aid us. Maybe it was because my father is of darker skin tone. But this lady made rude remarks towards us, rolled her eyes, and gave us nasty stares. She had a lazy and rude attitude the entire interaction we had with her. Now me and my father, who are constantly busy with work, life, family, etc, have to reschedule for the third time just because we were missing a singular document that she could have given us to fill out.
