After waiting 20 minutes the only person they had to open new accounts told me I had to schedule an appointment to open an account on Saturday's. Well aren't they special? And I was going into deposit my Christmas bonuses that exceeded the FDIC limit at my regular depository bank. Wells, Chase, & Citibank much friendlier and they actually want new customers!

Would give a minus 5 if I could. This branch doesn't even know their own policies. US Bank took over Union Bank and when they transferred my account, their system marked me dead and froze my account. I went in with ID, NOT DEAD and they still wouldn't reactivate my account. Said I needed to submit a email form to the life events dept. All they had to do is call their own customer support and but they were too incompetent.

This people are so arrogan and definitely not for customers I'm a Latino and both lady the manager and the teller treat Latinos like second class customers and I tried to speak the manager I did expressed my concerns about the way they talk to customers non white and her reply was so? Nothing I can do thank you so much not very happy

Everytime my family and I try going to this location it always ends up being a complete hassle. They have envented rules that are contrary to there written rules. I have gone to many other locations and have always been happy. This location acts as if they are upset that you came in. My advice is to fire the entire staff and to start from scratch.

I've never had a problem with US bank. They have froze my account due to suspected fraud charges but once I called them and told them it was ok, they unfroze my account right away. The tellers at this location are friendly and helpful!

Long story short.. bad verbal communication from the staff at this location. I recently took out a personal loan and Eddie (who seemed new and being watched over by an associate during the process) did not provide with me with all the correct forms during my in-house visit. He called back a few days later explaining that there was one that did not get taken care of and that I needed to come back in for a physical signature. I was not able to for a week or so. When I did return he did not explain verbally that I would still need to make a payment and that my auto pay would take several weeks to process. Once I received the late fee. I called to explain the situation immediately and neither him or his manager said they could do anything since the small print on the second form I signed stated there would be longer than expected processing. This all seems rather harsh and appalling, especially during the times we are in from a bid bank. I would recommend that when dealing with a serious matter such as a loan ask for a more experienced associate if the person looks to be in training. Would not recommend this branch to anyone and considering a move out of US Bank altogether.

Used the atm to deposit cash and after putting my money in it said "error" printed me a receipt saying I had to call to get my money back. Now they are telling me it will be 3-5 business days to get it back. PISSED

I like to share great experien with US Bank in C.M. on 17th Street. My name is Radim and I’m owner of small business, and appreciate it’s small details in customer service, which is very important to me. Story short I went into the bank just 20 minuets before closing with large amounts of paper bills. Today I get help from Eddie and I like to say thank you for the great service, he even answerd all my questions with 7 minutes past closing time on the clock.
