I wanted to thank this UPS location for everything they do. I am in and out of her multiple times a week with important shipments for hospitals, and they always take great care of me. The manager Mayra has gone above and beyond to help me find solutions with shipments, Aubrey and Rosie always help with packaging and making sure I get the shipments in the right place to go out asap. On top of their everyday help with shipping they are always kind, helpful, and make it a great experience. There have been times I go in with packages to the ceilings waiting for trucks, a line out the door, customers not being kind to them, and they still are being kind and helpful. Thank you for helping and making this my favorite UPS stop!

Rosie is so amazing! I recommend going to her for notaries because she is very sweet and polite with everyone!! I love this location because it's faster than the other ups stores that I've been to AND they have a kiosk for Amazon returns which is very useful for me imo. Anyway, thanks for reading. The workers here are great. Zoe had helped me too many times to count! I like that they know what they are doing, and work quickly to get me out of the store and on my way.

Bit late on this but this was from last Wednesday when I came in very last minute to have my Samsung phone sent off for repair. Never did that before and was understandably clueless on how to do any of it and one minute before closing doesnt help with that but what did help was the guy working named Aubry who was above and beyond fantastic and took care of everything I needed and even input the details into the system right away or it would have prevented me from sending anything after closing time which he was kind enough to extend a few minutes to take care of me and was so friendly and kind about it too, which goes a long way nowadays. was sent off and received by samsung all good to go, so thank you again and I really appreciate the help!

I recently visited the UPS Store to complete my fingerprinting for PRISTINE HVAC, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The staff was incredibly fast, informative, and provided great service throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain each step in detail, ensuring I was comfortable and understood everything. Highly recommend this location!

The workers (specifically three women who were working around 5pm on 4/30) here are EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. I had an Amazon return and was waiting in line which I had no issue with. One of the women told me I could use the kiosk for Amazon returns… ok, great… why don’t you offer help and show me how to use it? Luckily, I’m smart enough to figure it out but someone else might not be so lucky. Once I printed my return label and put my items in a bag, I noticed there was nothing to seal the bag with so I went back to the woman working behind the counter. The woman with curly black hair and glasses proceeds to grab my bag and label and very rudely says “you just do it like this.” Once again… ok but the bag ISNT FULLY SEALED. I’m not even angry at being told to use the kiosk because I know that is there to keep the line moving, but the way I was spoken to and treated was completely out of line. I have never had an issue with UPS until today. I also witnessed one of the workers being rude to another customer when she mentioned the drop box for Amazon packages was full. The UPS worker told the customer “it’ll fit” and she literally had to STUFF her items in the drop box because the worker was too lazy to take it from her. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time with the people here. You’re better off going to another location. To the owner of this location, please teach your workers what real customer service is.

I have never been so humiliated in my life! Today at 6pm, a woman who works at this UPS location did not scan my boxes! forced me to do it manually! Well, there were some heavy boxes! The other customers started laughing at me because of that situation.
At no point did I ask her for help holding or picking up the boxes! since all the boxes were on a cart.
I just asked her to scan my boxes because they were too heavy to do it manually and she refused, with a smile on her face.
I have never been so humiliated, I have severe back pain, because of what happened, the treatment of this UPS unit towards its customers is completely absurd! If they do not accept the drop-off, they must notify their partners and customers and not treat them badly.

I just wanted to say that Zoe was so patient and so kind I came in at the last minute and she helped me out to be able to get forms to go to the courthouse for tomorrow and was so kind so helpful and I just wanted to rave about her she needs to be promoted or at least help other people that work GPS understand that customer service is number one she was awesome ?
