This was my first time here, from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with excellent customer service. She explained all my options for replacing my headliner and driver seat repair. They were able to start on my car right away. 1 day turn around for a full new headliner and seat repair. Definitely found my new interior shop. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone looking for upholstery repair.

I'm late leaving this review, but it is well deserved! The headliner started to fail in my 2013 Jetta. I asked a few local shops for a quote and Lee responded with a fair price and explained the work to be done. I work a few blocks up from the shop, so I stopped in for further review, picked out my replacement fabric and set an appointment. The shop was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to drop the car off early so I could get to work, which I really appreciated. The replacement is a perfect match and looks incredible! Highly recommended!

My Lexus seat seam had split, I stopped by for a written estimate, they set an appointment, followed up with a reminder call and took care of my seat beautifully. Looks like new again!

Recommended by my mechanic when I asked who could replace the leather seat in my old girl. Brought the old girl here for a quote that was reasonable given the condition of my driver's seat (the leather had shrunk and torn away from the edges). Booked an appointment to bring it in and within a day, viola! They replaced the seat and did a perfect job. The details of their stitching are amazing and the leather matches the rest of the car brilliantly. And they padded the seat back to its original condition so it is comfy once more. I highly recommend this very personable and reasonable shop should you need your auto or boat upholstery repaired. They do a wonderful high quality old-world style job at a reasonable price and they are fast!! Their care and attention to workmanship are superb! Highly recommend -

I was so impressed with Universal from start to finish! They saw my car the day I called to assess some badly scratched leather upholstery on the back seat of my BMW. The car is a convertible and a 2014 so it was quite a challenge to find leather that would match exactly given some fading. But they did it! And it looks absolutely fabulous. It was done extremely quickly and the pricing was very fair. I would use them again for any further needs I may have! Highly highly recommend.

Had a huge rip in my back seat that I needed to fix. Came here on a recommendation and they did a stellar job!!! Also finished a day earlier than expected! The people here are friendly and have the craftsman skill that is a lost art!! 5 stars!

I entrusted my classic MGA to Lee & Vio, to reupholster the seats, armrest and door top rails. They worked with me to select the perfect leather to match existing interior colors, listened to all my concerns and instructions for how I wanted the interior to be completed, and provided a very fair price. They completed the project ahead of schedule and I was absolutely delighted with the attention to detail and the quality of their work was over and above what I had expected! I could not be happier with the results. With the new interior, the car took 1st Place in it's Class at the 2022 Huntington Beach Concours! Ruben is an upholstery artist! Thanks. I will be enjoying your work for years to come!

Amazing work. I took in an old bmw for new upholstery and a detail and it feels like a brand new car. Quick turnaround, good price, and the quality was better than I was expecting. highly recommend!

Got my Jeep interior reupholstered and could not be happier with the experience and outcome. Super professional and friendly, communicative, and fast service. Met several of the employees and they were all awesome, welcoming, and super friendly. Communication from the get go was super notch. Inquired on here, texted with someone about color and style options, and went in to view swatches in my Jeep - all great experiences. The best part? Result was incredible. I couldn't be happier and will 100% recommend them to anyone ever looking for similar services. Will try to add photos that actually do it justice soon!

They did an amazing work on my Volkswagen GTI!!!Vio was just a sweetheart and the gentlemen who did the installation was extremely polite. Both were very kind and helpful.The whole experience was above and beyond to my expectations!The work done to My GTI was the headliner, rear panels and all 4 panels inside the doors.

Lee repaired my 1991 300E Sunroof and did a great job. Not cheap but it takes great skill and experience to do this kind of work so with reliability in the long run it's worth it.

Wow! I absolutely love this place. This shop is so wonderful. They quickly fixed the upholstery of the center console and both front arm rests of my Honda Pilot. It looks better than new and the price was more than fair. Fast, friendly service. So happy to support a local business.
