I belong to a different credit union. As a credit union member I am supposed to be able to use any credit union ATM to withdraw money. I can use any other ATM except Wescom's. Why. Wescom blocks me from using their ATM's. I tried this morning to withdraw money from a Wescom ATM, closest to my home, and was denied. I drove to a Teacher's Credit union and was able to withdraw money. This is not the first time this has happened. I believe all other credit unions should deny Wescom members from using their ATM's. Wescom does it to others it should be done back to them. Wescom is basically scum.

I went there to get a loan I had 790 credit score never been late to buy a use car for my son they ran me the around want told a bunch of bull crap excess my French told that no problem so I waited for hours an hours all day for a 9000 dollar loan told me need my pay stubs any way I make way over what they needed so after two day trying get hold the personal they at lunch call back not available never call back so any long store I was denied the loan and put my credit card don't waste you time there bad bad place don't do business

I came into Union Bank today to open my first account here. I received excellent service from Ana. She was wonderful and completed the process quickly and in detail. I'm coming from a different big name bank and I'm excited to start banking here. Everyone was kind and so friendly to me. Highly recommend banking here!

Horrible customer service at this location. Now I'm calling corporate to let them know and I've been on hold for a very long time. I don't know how you stay in business.The employee finally picked up after waiting 40 minutes and all she could do is say she was sorry. Sorry is not good enough. Obviously your customers are not a priority and probably will never be because this has happened to me in the past and I see other customers are expressing the same concern with negative Yelp reviews.

my mom is a member and i needed a few things fixed with her account. Chris walked up to me right away and was super friendly and helpful. got everything i needed taken care of. i saw the coin room and asked Chris what it was. He said you can bring in coins and it gets counted and the amount gets put into your account. Perfect! My mom has two storage bins of coins so that will come in handy. plenty of parking. will be back.

Not sure what is going on at this bank! I was in there this afternoon and a young girl was I believe depositing her check with the teller Charlie Estrada and she asked him to make her funds available and he was rude and said no when she asked why they always do he replied with cause I said no!!! Not sure if he was having a bad day but he was very rude and the girl was so nice and up beat I sure hope he gets talked to. Just a FYI don't treat customers rudely be kind it's your job.

I've had a savings and debit account here for 10+ years. Not one issue. If you lose or have to cancel your card, you can revive a replacement that day in a few minutes.

I've been banking with Wescom for 12 years now. As a financial institution they are amazing. Their customer service is questionable. The person that helped me wasn't friendly, hardly said a word to me. I attempted to make small talk with a big smile more than once and all I got was a "yes", or simple "no". The vibe and energy that I received today is not what customers should be receiving day in and day out. I myself work for a financial institution and even in tough times like this, I don't find an excuse to give any less to my customers.

Customer service is awful. Thankfully, I don't bank with them and I wouldn't even bank with them if they offered the best service and incentives. I went in this morning after breakfast, remembering I was gifted a check for a small amount as a Christmas present. The cashier didn't say her name, she kept tossing her hair and sniffling. Then begins to interrogate me on why and who and what for. She proceeds to say you're the 5th one coming in here from the same person. Uhm, not my problem if it's a big deal either keep it, cash it, or give it back and I'll give it back to the person who gifted it to me. 15 minutes of hair tosses, shaking and sniffling later she cashed the check. Slides the money to me, no thank you's, no have a good day, no thanks for coming in, no f you's for being in front me on Christmas Eve. I just know, I wouldn't come here again and they should put the sweet receptionist as a cashier and the hair tosser in the back somewhere.

Absolutely ridiculous! I came in for a replacement debit card & my whole lunch hour was taken up waiting for a new one. I have gone to the location in Orange & I am LITERALLY out with in 5-10 minutes. I've taken family members there as well & same process goes. There were no customers in here & it's a Friday. People standing around & talking. Wth?! I'm just really frustrated because I've gone through this before & it's never taken this long. I checked in to make sure they didn't forget about me but still took FOREVER.. Avoid this location if possible. Ugh...

My husband and I came in close to closing to apply for an auto loan on a car we wanted to buy same day. Evelyn was quick to help us and walk us through every step. She was so friendly and absolutely patient with us (first time car buyers). I really appreciated her patience and happy demeanor. Now we're in our new car and are so thankful to her for helping us through the process!
