While polite, you would be wise to make a noise or holler to let them know you are there.
There was a question about insurance and he just basically explained the cost difference with or without it for the repair. No efforts made to check.
Went directly to AT&T and was informed he would have access to that information.
Regardless, ended up filing a claim and got a newer model.
Probably won't return.
Again, he was polite. Just seemed like he didn't care to make much effort.
I did more to try and resolve the problem on my own.

Amazing job! Inside screen of my Fold 6 stopped working and they replaced it flawlessly. Having Samsung Care Plus is a 10/10 would definitely recommend. The team at this location is friendly and well trained/informed. My phone looks brand new. Thanks fellas!

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. I took it here and Poyan provided excellent and friendly service. They used all original parts and my phone looks brand new! Thank you for the quick and great service!

The person there was very friendly, did an excellent job and it even cost less than I was expecting!!! And he had the screen repaired in less than an hour!!!! I am so happy with my fixed phone.

Their 1 year warranty is no good. Had my screen replaced twice and it still had issues of the screen flashing green. They replaced it once and said that's all the warranty covers. $300 for a screen repair, and the replacement screen is defective within the same warranty year. They won't fix this defective screen with no physical damage. Never going back.
Update: Called the help phone number they provided. They transfer you to the location where you initially repaired your phone. This did not help whatsoever. I've already gone there and they've told me they won't replace the defective screen due to already having replaced it once. I told them it's a defective screen that they used to replace on my phone. They said to come in again to diagnose it. I'm done! I'm not going to run around back and forth. I've already gone in twice and they said the same thing. ZERO STARS
