True to its name.... True ZERO! ZERO star if I can give it My god! no fuel for all 3 locations ( southern California), the closest one is about 25 miles away. Get your act together guys, you are on a cusp of something revolutionary, don't screw up!

Always a mechanical issue of some sort or offline most of the time. Untrained technicians that dont know what they are doing. I wonder where these technicians fill up their nice hydrogen cars. I wanna go to that station.

Unfortunately it won't let me do zero stars. True zero is the shadiest and most dysfunctional company there is. Always offline. Never have a technician or associate on-site. Slow in taking action. Absolute joke.

Finally after being low on hydrogen their facility allowed me to fill up, hydrogen supply won't meet capacity or need that I can see moving forward

This hydrogen pump was very difficult to get to start dispensing hydrogen into my car. The button to start the flow seems to be broken. Shame on this company for letting this new of a pump become so dilapidated in such a short period of time.

I leased a Toyota Mirai hydrogen vehicle last year, and I'm sorry I did. This station in Costa Mesa is the closest to my house. The nozzle has become frozen on the inlet on my car on numerous occasions. Secondarily, the week of 9/9/19 & 9/16/19, the station was out of fuel on three separate occasions for most of the day. The next closest station is UCI, 8 miles away. Lastly, Toyota said when I fill my vehicle up I should have a 300 mile range. I have never had more than 250 after a fill up. The foregoing means I am fueling up once a week: What a hassle! Luckily the fuel is free, but it doesn't make up for the time to drive here (6+ miles roundtrip and 30 min). That's 1,000 extra miles over the life of a three year lease. I wish I leased a full electric vehicle. When my lease expires in two years, I will definitely not get another hydrogen vehicle.

la canada flintridge station has continuing problems. every time I call there is never a technician available. problem never seems to get fixed. there will never be a mass transition to hydrogen if companies like true zero cannot improve the reliability of the pumps.

Hydrogen price is double of gasoline's. Even it is zero emission, it is not worth. Besides, in the past week, most of the True Zero stations were offline (not posting any reason in any media), I couldn't even drive my Toyota Mirai.

Has to be one of the most reliable H2 fill stations in SoCal.
