I recently had to take my Expedition in to the collision center. The team did a fantastic job and helped navigation the insurance coverage on getting my repairs done. I got my truck back looking clean and driving great.

After shopping around for awhile, I stopped by to check out a car I saw online that I loved. Darren (i believe his name was) made the experience so easy and stress free! They didn’t pressure me with any crazy add ons or sales tactics and gave me a great deal!
I also stopped by to the service department to make a quick repair & James was very friendly. I will be recommending this dealer to all of my friends & family!

Bought a new Mustang and i love it. Theodore Robins dealership was awesome. This was the first time a really enjoyed buying a car. Our salesman, Eddie was great. Low key no pressure.

My friend and his dad have bought 3 cars from here and had a great experience with Darren specifically. I had a good experience with him as well as Steven Smith, as I wanted second opinions from other salespeople. Overall the experience I had here was fine, but be careful about the salesperson you are buying from. As a young adult, I am a first time buyer with a minimal credit score and looking to build my credit, so I needed to be financed for it. Omar agreed to work with us and said I could finance but proceeded gave us an interest rate over 10% higher once we sat down for paperwork. We tried to work with them but when I did not have my SS card (which he didn't say I needed from the beginning) because I am waiting for a replacement in the mail, Omar asked why and claimed my family was being "fishy" even though I have never recieved one and I asked both of my parents. Blamed it on having a "bad morning". Completely disrespectful and unprofessional, and was incredibly taken back that a salesperson would even say such a thing. Will only be visiting this dealership for any maintenance for my 2019 Ford Escape I bought at Carwix Auto Group for an incredible price and interest rate.

Ozzy in Fleet Sales is the man! He’s the only reason I bought my 2023 Transit from Robins Ford, and he’s the only reason I’d be back. He wasn’t pushy or expecting the sale. He was honest and a “no BS” kinda guy, which is just what I needed. Give that guy a raise! Thanks Ozzy!

I've been using Theodore Robins Ford for a few years now for all my Ford Explorer service needs. From basic oil changes to major engine work, I've always had a positive experience. They've also been a bit less expensive than my local Ford dealer.

My wife and I been talking about getting myself a bigger truck for work and that would fit the kids for quite a while now
For some reason, we decided to pull in to this dealership and just take a look…
My wife and I walked over to this truck that caught our eye and immediately knew we wanted this truck.
We met Omar our sales person and he walked us through all the steps we needed to get this truck.
He was super nice and knowledgeable and did everything he could to get us this truck.
