This is the greatest UPS store I have been to hands down. Family owned and operated. I met John the owner, everyone working here was very nice and beyond helpful. I wish every business was ran like John’s.

I love going into this UPS store! Everyone is so friendly and nice! I was able to get in and get out quickly because the staff was so efficient!

I absolutely love shippings things from this location. All of the staff is extremely helpful and kind. There is never a long line, and the location is very convenient. They even took a USPS package for me once, and even though they couldn't provide me with a receipt, it was shipped promptly and without issue. So happy to have these guys in the neighborhood and I hope they are here to stay!

I stopped by to deliver a package I was 15 mins early. The door was locked but the gentleman employee was in there. He was so gracious to open the door and take my package. So appreciative as he didn't have to.

I am so happy to have this store close by to us in Irvine. They provide great service and the staff are typically very polite while being professional. I used to go to the UPS in the District shopping center in Tustin and I stopped going there because they weren't as nice and it appeared they did not care for my business since they were so busy! I hope everyone will bring their business to this location!

Was so excited that I had a very close UPS store open up until I tried brining my Amazon returns back here and the younger, blonde dude decided to pull a fast one and pretend he didn’t scan my Rolling Stones record for return, well he scanned something else and I’m now out a record. Hope it was worth it dude.

if i could give zero stars i would. not only did all of the employees have bad attitudes on my first visit, but Peggy also didn't hold my package like she said she would so it got returned to the hub TWICE. i've been to this store THREE freaking times to try to get my package. you lot need to GET IT TOGETHER. this is the most incompetent UPS store i've ever been to. STAY FAR AWAY

BE AWARE: if you are shipping out pre-paid labels to return clothes (Calvin Klein) and shoes (StockX), UPS will charge you an absorbent amount for the boxes,shipping materials, and to pack it themselves. Total for 2small boxes: $27.00. If I had a choice, I would NOT use UPS, rather stay with the better, faster, cheaper, and more reliable company, FedEx. Customer service was great! Company's hidden fees suck! Note to self: use boxes from Amazon and package myself. Save $27.00 and use it to tip Service workers :)
