I received superior service by Atlas at the SCP store. He he helped me find and ordered my favorite shoes in my size, which earlier I wasn't able to find. So Thank you, I Love my shoes and the matching outfit! Will definitely go back soon :)

I came in with a mini backpack which I purchased barely a month ago. Deseree was so helpful. She listened to what I had to say and noticed I was a North Face member. She returned my mini backpack and allowed me to repurchase the same mini backpack that happened to be on sale. Not only did I not have to wait on an 8 week repair, I got to get a brand new one and was credited the balance of the sale price!! Thank you, Deseree, for making this a smooth and easy transaction. I left as a truly thankful North Face customer!!!

I wanted to recommend this store for their customer service. I also want to give a shout out to Reggie for going over and beyond trying to accommodate my requests. He was able to find the jacket I wanted and hold it for me. I am completely satisfied with this store!

Reggie, the manager of the North Face store at South Coast Plaza, and his staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the store to anyone looking for high-quality outdoor clothing and gear.

Great experience continuously coming to this location. Excellent customer service and attentive employees. In particular Atlas and Nathan great dudes that were warm and welcoming helping me out every step of the way and ensuring I was able to get the exact product I was looking for, even giving requested advice as well. Well run staff throughout, but definitely wanted to highlight these 2 gentlemen in particular.

I went in store to do an online return. The girl at the counter took the item and told me they have to ship it back. I was confused because the website said that online returns could be processed in store. Then I called the north face customer service to confirm online returns could be processed in store, which they did. I went back to the store to ask that the return be processed right away, as I made the trip to the store for the specific reason. The girl at the sales counter gave me the runaround saying by dropping it at the store it gets returned "express" whereas shipping it with a mailing label takes 6 to 8 weeks or more. I again requested that an in store return be processed, the girl sighed said something about this is how we do online returns and then walked away. 10 minutes later the assistant manager showed up and processed the return, with no apologies for the inconvenience or misunderstanding. This is an item that is sold in the store not some odd item that should be sent to the warehouse. Very poor customer service.

I Visited the store Yesterday and was interested in a Jacket that was A trade in For new merchandise and the customer got a ten dollar credit. I asked the sales associate if I could buy Is it and how much it would be. After about waiting for twenty minutes to a half an hour Is in conversations that he had with different managers and being on the Phone he told me that it was Is a discontinued item and that he would give Is me a good deal As it was used clothing. After he returned he told me the price would be almost one hundred sixty dollars Which obviously is a sixteen times mark up on the item.. Is what a joke and certainly not a good deal.. I highly recommend you go elsewhere or look online As they are gready and trying to make Is a fortune off every item they sell...

MARK DESERVES A RAISE!!! My first time coming into this store and I was well greeted by him. He was so nice and welcoming he asked if I needed assistance and I said yes. He really helped me find a good jacket for this winter season and i'm obsessed. Honestly he was so cute I can't stop thinking of him. Might go back just to see him.. is he single?

Manager of Monday 12/26/22 night please read!There is a line wrapping around your store. Every time one of your cashiers finishes a transaction they leave to go to the back for some time. For a while too. They are spending 10mins per customer. I don't know what the hold up is. Scan, pay, have a nice day. Scan, pay, have a nice day. I've worked in retail. It doesn't take this long. Why does every customer need 10 mins? Then i get to the cashier and i learn why. These kids are just chit chatting with each other. Talking about the homies and their weekend and walkie talkie to another coworker "nice jacket bro" just giggling with each other having a grand ol time.THERES A LINE!!! SHOW SOME URGENCY!!!If you're going to chit chat while on the job at least do it with the customer, not with each other. But when there's a line don't take your sweet time. Every step was so painfully slow. Scanning, bagging, etc. they just don't give a krap. There's a line!!! Stfu and work!!!Worst part is the manager (or who i assume is) is literally on her ass doing nothing about this. Literally sitting on the floor doing some inventory with gloves. MA'AM! NOBODY CARES ANOUT THE GLOVES! MANAGE YOUR EMPLOYEES AND YOUR STORE! SEE WHI NEEDS HELP, WHO NEEDS MERCHANDISE PUT BACK, TALK TO THE CUSTOMERS IN LINE "did you find everything ok? Thank you for your patience." SOMETHING. She's on the floor like a child putting gloves on a bottom shelf. THERES A LINE AND YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE DICKING AROUND! And then one of the dudes goes on a break. A break when there's a long line?!? With no replacement? Management cmon.....

Today is Sunday 9/25/22, I needed to grab a black puffer jacket for my trip, very simple and fast and I was met with horrible customer service. As someone who works with customer service I'm usually pretty lenient and like to give people a chance, but the staff was extremely unhelpful. There were about four people standing behind the counter. None of them came up to me to help me I had to go up to them. There were almost no sizes available out on the store and they were unable to get any needed sizes from inventory. When I was about to purchase my jacket I asked the guy if there was another jacket I could buy because the one I brought to him was slightly dirty, he went ahead and grabbed another one the same size, which was also dirty. Then he told me I could order online with him but I could not use my student discount. So unhelpful you might as well just buy your stuff online, since the staff offers zero assistance and you can't try anything on due to the lack of sizes and apparel in store.

The staff is awesome and caring. I went in looking for a specific style of jacket and they helped me find a few in the category I was looking for. The next week my daughter went in looking for a jacket and absolutely loved how nice they were.

I had a great experience here. I was changing two of my jackets and the worker helped me out. When I asked for which jackets were most waterproof, he showed me around the different jackets available and explained what dryvent, futurelight, and what the different north face models meant. This is actually my best experience in a north face store.

Noah was so helpful in helping me Christmas shopping for my family. He went out of his way to call me back when a jacket I wanted that was sold out everywhere was returned by a customer and I could come back and purchase it. I really recommend the entire staff and the store.
