The selection of beautiful furniture and finds in this store is wonderful Everything is laid out in a way that is tasteful and appealing to the shopper. Two of the salespersons are just lovely to buy from. But there is a gentleman who acts as though he is the owner and becomes annoyed if you ask if the date on the tag allows for a discount. I asked about a discount on a pair of sconces that were there the previous week, and he went ballistic. He said we are not just going to keep discounting things for you. No one acts that way at their Long Beach store. The tell was that he overcharged me for two items that I noticed before my checkout was complete in the store. It seemed intentional. I bought quite a few items on my last visit to Costa Mesa, and when I looked at the receipt when I got home, I saw that I had been overcharged for another piece that was clearly marked down. I called the following Monday, and one of the ladies credited my card. Still, I think it is an awful way to be treated when you come to a store to spend your money. Everyone should be treated the same. I think it is a color bias, so maybe you want to pass this place up if you care about that sort of thing. How could this place be owned by a company called "One World"? I still go to Long Beach, but I stay away from the Costa Mesa store. Sadly.

A friend suggested this place to my wife and I as we were looking for a couch. We tried all the normal places and had no luck. Quality and price never matched up at normal box stores. We walked in here and found a couch right away. Excellent quality. Price was amazing low. They had a great variety. Kelly was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this place.

So disappointed. Rented a van to pick up a so-called "new" item you advertised on offer up. (Btw I had no idea this was a consignment store) I get there the table and chairs and VERY used. Man w beard says to me "it's new to the store". I went back to look at my messages because I swore he said it was NEW AND I WAS BLOCKED ON OFFER UP. Can't find my conversation with him. Shady. Good luck. Karma is always pretty awesome.

I've been to several cosignment stores in the area at this point to look for furniture and other miscellaneous stuff, but of all the ones I've been to, the variety, quality, and price of the items being carried here are the best! I love how many unique items you can stumble on here. It's really fun even to just browse.

Great consignment store! I saw an item online at their Long Beach store which was pretty far from me. An employee took the item home and dropped it off at the Costa Mesa store! What customer service. Highly recommend as their items come from quality homes, not box store overflow. Enjoy your treasure hunt.

Great items at discounted prices. A step above thrifting. There are some unique pieces. It's a huge store so enjoy browsing. There's even an upstairs with extra items. Lots of art, mirrors, desks, vases, lamps, chairs. Dining sets and bedroom sets.
