The butchery is quite a drive from Orange but whenever I am nearby I can't help but stop and stock up..the House Marinade Chicken is the best. I love the filet burgers too! And the Saratoga Ribeye and Grass fed filet tenderloin are our favorites. The cheeses are amazing I go for all the sheep and goat varieties because my stomach is sensitive to cow dairy. It's such a treat to come to this market

I ordered $207.92(which isn't in my bank account anymore by the way) worth of meat from The Butchery on 6/15/2024 and I haven't heard a thing from them yet,no email or anything,it is now 6/26/2024,so we will see what happens.

It's reasonable for a premium (cost:price ratio) food place if there's a 15 minute wait time for a sandwich and meanwhile free staff hanging out and chatting that they help with production to save customers' time which is at a premium during the weekend vs an oh-well attitude.

We were down from Montana for a week and came across this artisan butcher shop. It is amazing!!!We've stopped a couple of time including right before we headed back home. We grabbed some amazing Lemon Honey cheese, a Smokey Bresaola, perfectly aged Prosciutto, and a host of other goodies.The place is super clean and has a wonderful staff.

I walk up to enter the store just as a female employee is using the F word while breaking down a pallet. I go inside and there was a strange lady giving mean looks at the register. Not a welcoming place. I left.

Friendly, professional and extremely helpful! I ordered shaved prime ribeye to make Philly cheesesteak sandwiches and everyone at the party was blown away by the quality of the meat. They had a nice array of other things throughout the inside. It was clean and well organized. I will definitely return when the need arises!! Two thumbs up, great place!!

Well it's the holidays & I decided to have Prime Rib Roast instead of turkey. Great location! Parking can be a pinch challenging but definitely worth it.The store is AMAZING & the staff & customer service is AWESOME.The butchers there not only know their meat but share with you the best recipes & suggestions on how to cook & serve your meal.It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for.The store was very clean & organized.No funky smells, flys, nats ect....I'll definitely go back because they have sandwiches & other goodies.Btw, if you don't plan on cooking your meat/purchase for a few days ask the butcher to vacuum seal the meat so if you store it in the freezer it doesn't get freezer burned.

HOLY COW!! Literally... Not only do they provide that top notch meat but ZACK is a mad man!!!! Double triple checking my large orders with me when i arrive to pick up. With a huge smile and fast service, the moment I walk in he recognizes me and is quick to make sure everything is PERFECT..which it always is.
