Felt super uncomfortable using self check out. I saw 4 people using self check out and a dude named Matthew was sitting on a stool. Once I started scanning I saw he got up from his stool and started staring at me while I was scanning things. Not sure if he has something against poc but I’m never coming back to this target.

Drove all the way from LA since this is one of the few Targets that have certain maternity clothes. The changing rooms are all closed and I couldn't try anything on. The strollers are locked pretty tightly so you can't try out the stroller (I'm not saying keep them unlocked but maybe a bigger lead). It was very disappointing. I literally drove all this way to try these things.

CVS pharmacy in target is fast and quick. They always do it right and they communicate well and friendly service and nice and clean and a bathroom right next to them.

I bought a green 40oz handled cup online. I returned it at Target in Costa Mesa, CA, and received a partial refund. My cup & taxes were refunded, but not the $4.99 shipping ? I will never order online at Target again due to you losing money and not getting a full refund.

Products in stock, store clean but checker hardly acknowledged me and when she was done ringing up my purchases walked away to leave me to bag my own purchases

The store is quite small, doesn't really carry much stock. Grocery side is tiny.
Much cleaner then a lot of other areas.

The manager and employees at this target are irresponsible and careless. I had to review as this is my third time that I have purchased something damaged and leaking. This package of juices had mold inside, this is disgusting. Once I opened the box at home to store them in the fridge, a disgusting odor filled the kitchen. The pack looked fine in the store, maybe because it comes wrapped in plastic. The other times I tried ex changing the damaged products I was told they don't do exchanges anymore even though there's a sign, and I was denied my full refund and only offered a partial refund both times. I will not be going back to exchange this or return. Actually, mostly return since they don't offer full returns. This is unacceptable. Our stomaches hurt from smelling the putrid smell. I only opened the top box but the middle one looked water damaged, I will not be opening it.

I am so hurt by this Target. As your typical lower middle class millennial with a smidge of sad girl energy Target was my go-to for a quick and natural dopamine fix. I loved Target so much it was the only platform we used for our wedding and baby shower registries. I felt secure with my purchases because I knew that if something went wrong with my products or if circumstances changed, etc. Target would have my back. So, I feel absolutely heartbroken that customer service did not try everything in their power to take care of my purchase. Customer service was unhelpful with rectifying a return so that the repurchase would hold the same promotional value. I only recently learned that Target no longer offers exchanges even though their signs clearly read, "Exchanges." As a loyal customer, I expected customer service to try their best to make it right as a courtesy for a loyal customer. That didn't happen here. In fact, one of the employees named Jose remarked to a coworker that our attempt to conduct an exchange was "weird" after saying something else in Spanish - a language I do not understand as I am Asian descent. Having worked in customer service retail myself, I knew I had been profiled as shady. Also due to my experience in customer service, I am aware of the many avenues an employee or supervisor could take to help the customer feel taken care of. I would have accepted half the money I lost from the sale price if the supervisor Christina showed an ounce of effort or compassion but she didn't. They did not try, they did not care, and they did not do anything to make it right. My boss used to say, you lose $20 trying to make a customer happy - but that customer will come back time and time again and spend multiples of that $20. It was an emotional experience for me being so recently postpartum and in the midst of maternity leave where funds are limited. What was I to do with over $100 worth of diapers that would not fit my child? Like I said, limited funds due to maternity leave... I just needed a larger size for the amount I paid. The diapers were on sale, the sale price for the repurchase should have and could have been honored. I will say that Target's corporate customer service representative was able to correct the situation. However, the damage has been done and I will never feel the same about Target again. I chose this particular Target because of the selection. I had to replace my pump parts and they were one of the stores that had every piece I needed in stock. So, we decided to go here to kill two birds with one stone. My love for Target was killed instead.

WORST TARGET EVERWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERI went to go return an elf concealer on January 22 at 1:57 pm, I have never experienced someone so rude, I have worked in customer service, and retail and have never treated a customer so badly. A blonde teenager around the age of 18 was the rudest. I asked her what she said cause she was mumbling and I said “I’m sorry my hearing is bad, what was that?” The girl replied with “did you not hear me the first time we don’t do exchanges, I asked if you wanted store credit.” With the rudest attitude, I proceeded to go pay for the other concealer and she gave me the wrong amount because I had to go pay an extra 56 cents for my concealer I just returned. The only nice part was asset protection telling me to have a nice day. He knew more customer service than she did.
